A bright and airy two bedroom barn conversation with exposed beams on the side of our family home on the outskirts of Holcombe Village in Radstock. With parking outside the door and being on one level with widened internal doors, the accommodation is suitable for all abilities. The first of two bedrooms has a double bed and the second has two single beds. The bathroom has a walk in shower, towels provided. Simple & stylish 1 bedroom stay in Chilcompton with en-suite, hot tub and games room including pool table. Sole and exclusive use of hot tub and games room without time restrictions. Note- During periods of high winds the privacy screens will not be permanently erected however privacy and security is guaranteed and unaffected. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac. Designated parking with private entrance. Local shops and country pubs (The Reddan and The Wagon) in walking distance and highly recommended.

Detached rural cottage, within walking distance of Babington House. Charming, rustic, 1600’s cottage with huge garden. Owned by a writer (me!) and filled with books and art - which will delight or may offend! Cozy, comfortable, spacious. Surrounded by countryside and cows. Ancient quintessentially English cottage, complete with beams, woodburners and roses in the garden. Near the gorgeous village of Mells, equidistant (30mins) to Bath & Glastonbury. Perfect for families or friends.

The Stables @ Hamiltons

The Stables is a tasteful, recently converted former stables and open barn that was built in 1979 on the site of the original 1850 Victorian Coach house, that was demolished in 1960. Situated within the grounds of our home “Hamiltons”, a former Victorian vicarage. Positioned at the top of “Jack and Jill” hill, this private, self contained accommodation has wonderful views out over the garden and across the valley to the village of Kilmersdon and the woods of Babington House beyond.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. Great footpaths to explore the countryside, you need a car to make the most of your stay. Maximum of two guests Check in from 4pm

The Sheep Shed

Set in the beautiful Somerset countryside on a quiet family farm. The Sheep Shed offers privacy to relax, wind down and take in the gorgeous surroundings. Own entrance and private parking included. Full kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. King size bed and underfloor heating through out. Situated in the quiet hamlet of Edford, Holcombe is 30 minutes away from Bath, 20 minutes from Wells and Glastonbury, 10 minutes from Shepton Mallet and Frome.

Brookside Cottage

Newly renovated 4 bedroom house, one en-suite shower & a large family bathroom upstairs, study room with single bedroom downstairs. South facing private patio. Log burner, underfloor heating downstairs and in the bathrooms, 5 minutes from Babington House and the Talbot Inn in Mells. Frome only 6 miles away. Longleat, Bruton with Hauser & Wirth Gallery & the Newt Garden/restaurant close by & Bath 20 mins drive. Please note we do have facilities for babies.

There's private parking, full modern amenities, tucked away yet easily accessible.

Get cosy and snug in The Wrens Nest, a lovingly converted one-bed, barn-style house with private parking that is just a 20 minute drive from the gorgeous city of Bath. Day trips are easy to Stonehenge, Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. The house has a vintage-style throughout, including a hand-built kitchen. Upstairs is light and airy with elevated ceilings and original beams. A small outdoor seating area has been recently added.
