Come cozy up in this two bedroom, one bath home on a half acre lot situated on a dead end street. Conveniently located minutes from historic downtown Beaufort, within walking distance of the Spanish Moss biking/hiking trail and Beaufort Memorial Hospital. Only 3 miles to the entrance of Parris Island (MCRD) and 22 miles to Hunting Island State Park.

Less than 4 miles from the beach & 1 mile from the boat landing and hiking/bike trails, this is the place to unplug & reconnect with family & friends. Belle Monte is a lovely light-filled 2 story home on high bluff overlooking Middle Creek off the Whale Branch river in Beaufort, SC. See gorgeous sunrises & watch the dolphins from the upstairs deck or sun porch. Great views of the water from most of the house. New lighted dock on deep water so bring your boat! Enjoy swimming (ladder provided), kayaking or paddle boarding. Great area for fishing and crabbing. Well-equipped kitchen, fireplace, gas grill, screened-in porch, game table & more!

The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Buddy's Cottage near everything in Beaufort, SC

Who is Buddy? He was our black Labrador of 12 years. This well kept tiny home is adjacent to our main home and is private. It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.

You have your own private entrance so come and go as you please! Airbnb designated parking. I live on the 2nd floor should u need assistance !
