La misma es pequeña pero muy acogedora tiene dos cuartos con A/C split, estufa, microondas, refrigeradora, cafetera, utensilios completos, patio trasero con rancho-pergola con asador, paraguas con sillas, 2 hamacas en el portal delantero y dos en el rancho.
