Great ! 10 stars! I choose airbnb by location. Location was 1 mile from lake ( i walked to lake everyday, body beach, london bridge, channel, rotary park). Best part - downtown area was one block by walking. Bowling, resturants, bars, and shops. Smiths grocery store was 1 block by walking. I felt right at home! I cooked everyday. I felt very safe. The pool was clean and warm. The bed comfy and clean. 2 TVs had many options. Bathroom was private and clean. I had everything I needed for a whole month! Communication was great and I felt the host was available to me when I had concern or q. I highly recommend this gem! AC system and WiFi works great. 1st floor easy access. Mail delivery was easy. Had plenty of towels. I am truly greatful for this amazing gem and the location really cannot be beat. I stayed for a month without a car and explored a lot of lake havasu lake and social scene. Thank you many times to my great host! Highly reccomend to solo and family travelers! Best!

My buddy and rented this condo for a weekend full of golf. This place was awesome. From the host's communication, the price and the views. We actually didn't want to leave. It spacious and the 2 suites are a bonus if you have two families renting it. We loved it

This was our second stay at this place. As the first time, it didn’t disappoint us. Place was clean, well stocked, and cozy. Us staying there, again, is a proof in itself that the place is great, in a great location. It is only a one bedroom with a fold out sofa, so best for a couple or 3 people. It’s next to Rotary Park and the walkway along the lake shore all the way to the north end of the channel. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice place half a mile walk from strip, place also has a free shuttle. Hotel is across the street for f1 pits so can see all the cars from hotel. Would highly rec come to anyone looking for a place in Vegas that is a little more relaxed and spacious!!!

Erika’s place was extremely clean and had everything a guest would need as well as many extras including beach towels and games . It was also extremely quiet. I never heard any noise from neighbors and slept wonderfully. The bed and the couch were very comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The location was amazing! It was walking distance from Rotary Park, several restaurants and the London Bridge. There was parking and an elevator which was greatly appreciated. The condo complex also has a pool and hot tub. Erika was the kindest and most accommodating Airbnb host I’ve come across. I highly recommend her place for your visit to Lake Havasu City!

We had a great time at Debi's place. She provided very helpful written instructions to follow once near her place and communicated important information thoroughly. We had no problem whatsoever while staying in her beautiful space and appreciated the opportunity to soak in the hot tub after very active days enjoying the surrounding area. We were impressed with the ease of use for simple meals in the sparingly clean kitchen and enjoyed conversations in the comfortable living room. Thanks for a great weekend Debi!

Beautiful, quiet, and clean place in a nice neighborhood close to a park. The kitchen is well supplied with stove, coffee maker, and utensils; the refrigerator is full-size. The host provides coffee and left us a gift package with some snacks, which was a lovely touch. The bathroom includes a tub and soft thick towels. The bedroom we slept in (there are two) had a very comfortable king-size bed and plenty of outlets to charge electronics, plus a large TV on the wall. The living room has a large TV with access to several streaming sites. Wi-Fi is available, we didn't need it. The front door opens into a little enclosed patio and has a doggie door leading to it. The host left supplies to take care of a pet (we didn't have one). The host's directions were very accurate and we had no problems finding the place. All communications with the host during our stay were great. In summary, it was a beautiful experience. We will try to stay here again when we return to Phoenix.

THANK YOU to Meridian Condo Resorts for saving my vacation. Another mgmt company (Synergy, Hosteeva, Arizona Vacation Rentals...they go by multiple names) canceled on us a day before we were arriving in AZ, without giving us an actual reason. So after the craziness of dealing with the other company, Meridian fit us in last minute and made us feel very welcome. Meridian's communication is, by far, the best I've ever experienced with any Airbnb. They replied almost immediately and were always bright and cheery. The condo itself is clean, spacious, & stocked with tons of amenities. Beds were comfy. The gym, pools, & hot tubs were clean. The pickleball courts and dog park were a nice touch. The location, walking distance to the Commons & Quarters, was very convenient. Quick drive to anything else. The mid-stay cleaning & restocking service (we stayed 3 wks) was a great surprise. Even if this condo is not available, you can't go wrong with any Meridian property. Hope to be back!

Cozy location for that perfect home away from home experience. Offers every amenity you could need to feel like you never left home. Great hosts that are super responsive. Park across the street was a hidden gem, that gave us direct access for our pets to walk and play around. Wouldn’t hesitate to book location again in the future. A+++ Hosts

Really enjoyed our stay! Walkable to downtown Scottsdale and easy to drive to other cool sites in the area. Would definitely stay again!

Julian's place is truly a gem. The home was even better than the pictures. It was extremely clean and attention was given to the details. It almost felt like we were moving to a luxury resort! He was very prompt in responding to questions, and providing suggestions/recommendations. I would highly recommend his place and we would love to stay there again.

Paul was a wonderful host—one of the best I’ve had during my travels as he’s very responsive, informative, accommodating and friendly! I loved my visit so much that I’m already looking to come back next Feb/March! Thanks again for everything and making our visit so great!

This place was absolutely beautiful! It’s clear that they’ve taken the time to make upgrades based on past feedback, and the improvements really show. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was so peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Stephanie was quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo itself was very clean and felt cozy and inviting. The complex was well maintained and nicely landscaped. We enjoyed the heated pool and area.

Beautiful condo, in a quiet area that’s conveniently located

We had a wonderful time staying here! Although we've visited Phoenix several times before, this trip was special as we stayed further out in Gilbert, Mesa. We traveled with our two daughters, ages 7 and 10, and the whole family had an amazing experience. The complex is beautifully maintained, with friendly residents and a fantastic community heated pool and hot tub. We loved the great weather, as well as the convenient shopping, restaurants, and walking paths around the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place without hesitation. The host was always available for communication, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We developed a perfect routine of morning hikes and afternoon pool time – it truly felt like the ideal vacation.

My experience was amazing! Everything was clean and it had an amazing view. I look forward to staying there again on my next trip!

great value very clean

It was clean, very well-appointed and beautifully decorated, and the lovely outdoor patio was a real bonus. The location was terrific too, as it was just two short blocks from the Scottsdale Fashion Mall with many great restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.

Stayed during April 2025: This AirBnB was exactly what I was looking for. The location was perfect, very close to restaurants, bars, and shops that you can walk to. Also plenty of stores nearby to get groceries/necessities. The pool was our favorite; very clean and had sunny areas all day long. And the AirBnB isn’t far from the pool area. The AirBnB was pretty clean and organized, and was stocked with coffee, kitchen necessities, toiletries, and more. The balcony was great as well. I tried using the mobile app to unlock the door but mine wasn’t working, thankfully there is also a code option (but ended up to not matter since the door was actually unlocked on our arrival), but there is a key inside that you can also use during your stay or the lock code the host provides. Overall extremely happy with our stay and will definitely use this same AirBnB when we come back if it’s available!!

Recent stay for WrestleMania 41 and it was a perfect location - private and walkable to a lot of things - Rio and Palms close by and so was Allegiant Stadium - everything matched the description - perfect location - saved as a favorite as I will be staying here again
