Would most definitely stay here again. Extremely clean, instructions were extremely detailed, owners take pride in the place they provide for out of town travelers. Outside of the occasional footsteps, this place did not feel like a basement. Huge bonus to have every light with a dimmer. Owners went above and beyond during a recent snowstorm, taking the preventative measures and even making sure the walkways were clear of snow. Easy to find. Excellent location. One of, if not, my favorite stays.

An amazing place to stay. Walkable distance to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Also an easy uber to anywhere in downtown. The location was great, being quiet and private but yet so close to downtown. I appreciate the proactiveness of our host sending detailed written and video instructions on how to access the place and its parking. If you are looking for a place to stay in DT Denver, this is the one.

I had a great stay here! The room was spotless and perfect for my needs. The hosts were very responsive and proactive in making sure I had a good stay and everything I needed. The location is pretty walkable and close to places like the Denver Central Market.

Host was very attentive and responded quickly. So close to Garden of the Gods and the manitou cliff dwellings.

This place was great for the 3 of us! We could easily walk to all the places we wanted to in Nederland while there, even with a lil' snow. It's tucked away and private and we'll def stay here again!

We loved our stay over spring break. Close to Breckenridge. Comfortable for 6 of us! Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with my sister. Hot tub was amazing! So beautiful and peaceful at the house!

We were in town from Philly for a family wedding. We were torn between a hotel where many people were staying, or a private AirBnB....and wow was it worth it! Nothing better than feeling right at home while you're half way across the country for a long weekend. The cottage was as described and better. Michelle was available to assist but provided me with a perfect amount of privacy. The property was delightful, with loads of interesting nooks for sitting and enjoying the views. Michelle graciously accommodated my last-minute reservation and I am quite pleased for that good fortune. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and peaceful place in the area. A great stay!!!

What an Awesome House! The layout was perfect for our family and grandkids. The kids had so much fun in the downstairs area. Plenty of bedrooms, all very spacious. The views of Pikes Peak and the mountain range were spectacular! Great location, only 10-20 minutes for all the fun activities that we enjoyed.

Perfect for what I needed. Traveling with family but I needed my own place...having to get some work done. Internet was secure and sufficient. Being in town was perfect for all! Dog friendly was greatly appreciated. Thank you for being quick to respond to my need for directions on the lock!

This was the second time I’ve stayed here in the last 2 1/2 months and I love it! Michelle was very flexible and responsive, the location is perfect walking distance from the gondola and the little town surrounding it. Can’t wait for next bike season to stay again!

Can’t beat the location of grand lodge! Our stay was perfect with our dog with easy access to skiing and walking around the base. Love the free cb bus as well to go to town.
