Kimberly was very kind and responsive. Her place worked great for my work crew for the week. Would absolutely book this place again. Make sure to check out Ichetucknee springs while in the area you won’t be disappointed! Also XAPA has some of the best coffee I’ve ever had.

Property was serene, couldn’t have asked for a better weekend! Gerardo was an amazing host, very communicative, flexible, and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend to get back with nature!

This place was magical. A group of 8 of us came together for my 30th birthday and had an absolute blast. The river was gorgeous and we enjoyed hanging on the dock, kayaking and having fires in the fire pit at night. Absolutely beautiful place close to the springs for our Ichetucknee adventure, with plenty of good spots to eat and drink in town. We cooked a couple big meals here and had no issues with anything in the kitchen. Ample seating and space! I recommend bringing your own ice and water, but other than that, everything we needed was available in the house itself! We will remember this trip for years to come and hope to be back soon! Wonderful, tiny cottage with just enough room to eat, rest and repeat! The area is beautiful and peaceful and the location is close to 75 and Gainesville. Susan was absolutely generous and accommodating in every way!!! Worth the trip!

Staying here while I was traveling for work was really something special. To come back to open fields with cows and horses was incredibly cool. Both of the hosts always got back to me quick and made it effortless for me to extend me stay. I know where I will be staying next time I come into town for work! Thank you !

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We felt relaxed and right at home. Justin's place is very clean and spacious. For once when the listing said fully equipped kitchen they meant it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal with. Stove top or oven, you are covered! There are 2 big TVs so you can relax in the living room or bedroom while watching the tube. Justin was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again without question when in the area!

The place was secluded and quiet. Not far from town but still private. It was clean and had lots of niceties. Appliances were in good workin order. Be aware that the house is really one place separated into two parts. Colleen and her dog live in the other half. You do get a fenced yard but if you’re concerned about dogs, you need to let her know before you go outside, especially if you have dogs that you’re turning loose. Overall, a good sty and I would go back there again.

Mickie's place was very clean and smelled great. His place was the cleanest Airbnb I have been to. There were extra towels for the bathroom, which was nice and towels in the kitchen. The kitchen had what we needed. The washing machine and dryer were clean. I would definitely stay there again.

This place is in a great location in Lake City, everything was clean, and the home was very comfortable. The host was very responsive and even brought us batteries for the TV remote when it wasn't working, great host!
