Our beautiful newly renovated home built in 1900 offers an upstairs apartment that is a part of the beautiful, fun, & exciting area of NE Minneapolis. The NE Arts District is home to large artist studio buildings, the historic Stone Arch Bridge, as well as parks and trails along the Mississippi River. The home is walking distance to James Beard Award Winning restaurants, breweries, coffeeshops, and is a short Uber or drive to all of the Minneapolis sports and entertainment venues and the UofM.

The apartment is part of a 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. Spacious, kitchen, newly renovated, amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, large yard, wonderful back porch, great book selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off-street parking—local art on walls. We live upstairs in a separate unit, and we will be handy if you need anything or have questions.

This unit is attached to a larger home (available for rent). However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by renting this space or the entire house. We may ask for identification for adults staying at the house. If asked, this will be needed in order to keep your reservation confirmed.
