This first-floor haven features an extended patio with cozy seating for coffee or cocktails, plus a shaded picnic table perfect for dining al fresco. Please note: This unit is in Building Three, facing the parking lot, not the lawn or river.

The Chula Cottage is the ideal place for a getaway. You can experience the beauty of nature and little bit of farm life. Enjoy the roaming of a few chickens! Quaint and cute, off of Hwy IH35, is a 1 bedroom cottage. Gruene Reservations Condo 205

Condo 205 offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a full kitchen, living room and second outdoor living space. Each guest room has one queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a bathroom adjacent to that bedroom. All rooms have a TV with a Roku streaming device and access to a Hulu account with the ability to view local channels, Disney and ESPN+. We do not have traditional cable viewing options.
