Has room for additional guests with xl-lrg twin roll-out beds. We are a dog-friendly property (pet fee & approval required). We are a Veteran owned property with a 10% Veteran/military discount available for reservations made in-service member's name.

This tiny house is a cozy oasis for a quiet getaway. The Mountain Laurel is on our 5-acre homestead we call Deerhaven Retreat. A queen bed downstairs and 2 twins in loft — sleeps up to 4. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower. Features WiFi, RokuTV, AC/heat, Keurig, tea pot, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, fridge. You'll enjoy a Hill Country vibe that's only 8 minutes to shops & dining. Please, no kids under 12. In addition to this unit, a separate area of our property features three small cabins.

We are just a 5 min walk from the Blanco River and River Road and a 3 min drive to the Wimberley Square. The house is well stocked with your kitchen essentials and bath goodies to soak the day away.

We are about 35 min to New Braunfels or SanAntonio and about 20 min to Canyon Lake and Blanco. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.

Located 35 miles north of San Antonio, 45 miles SW od Austin, 4 miles off Guadalupe River,and 15 miles to Canyon Lake. Come join us! The Cottage is a building from the cattle ranch days of the 40's. It was renovated several years ago into a duplex (New Mexico Suite and the Virginia Suite) The duplex also has a connecting door which may be unlocked if you wish the rent the whole house.
