Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Our focus is a 5* quality stay and for you to enjoy a relaxing break, surrounded by home comforts. Our holiday home is a self catering 3 bedroom caravan, which comprises of a master king bedroom and two 2 bed single rooms, and a pull out sofa bed. There is a spacious shower room with toilet, and an additional en-suite to the master bedroom. To ensure your full comfort during the colder months we have central heating. We have French doors to a lovely sun deck with furniture provided.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

Spacious Holiday Home in Combe Haven Holiday Park

Our holiday home sleeps up to 4 people. The caravan consists of 2 bedrooms: one master bedroom with a double bed, one twin bed room with 2 single beds. There are two toilets, one larger with a shower and heated towel rail, a dining area, TV, an open plan kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas cooker with oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster. The caravan is double glazed and heated with central heating radiators in each room.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Situated in the High Street directly opposite the famous Battle Abbey you are perfectly placed to explore the town and surrounding area. The apartment is decorated with an appreciation of the architecture and history of the Abbey whilst including inspirations from the surrounding countryside.
