Located a stone’s throw from the beach, this comfortable and spacious house is great for family holidays. Our period property has 3 bedrooms, (2 double bedrooms and 1 single bed room), 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and fabulous outdoor eating space with bbq. Combe Martin is a charming village on the north Devon coast with 2 beaches (1 dog friendly all year), beachside pubs and cafes. And it is around 20 minutes to Woolacombe and Croyde. Please note that the sauna is not for guests’ use

The views are spectacular, especially if you love wildlife as it looks out over a lovely field. The harbour, restaurants, indoor swimming pool and Larkstone Cafe Bar are all 10 minutes walk away. With sea views, a private parking space and comfortable beds, it really is a home from home. If you don't fancy cooking, The Thatched Inn is only 2 minutes walk away!

We also have 3 ½ acres of private woodlands (no public footpaths) at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

You can also enjoy your own enclosed terrace with hot tub and you'll have unrestricted views of Woolacombe Beach, which is just a 30 second walk from Parade House.

Downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and top floor bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms. There is parking for two or more cars. 10 minutes from Barnstaple in the stunning countryside. A beautiful & recently renovated 2 bedroom property that is a 2 minute walk to the golden sands of Woolacombe Beach. Centrally located for easy access to Woolacombe and all the facilities, with the added benefit of being tucked away in a quiet street. We also have the 3 bedroom cottage next door which may be available for you to book if you are a larger party. We have parking permits for both properties for the South Street area.
