You are going to love it! The cottage is furnished with an eclectic flare. Lovely artwork and a kitchen that is very user-friendly. Spices included :) This 2 BR, 1 bath cottage, makes a cozy getaway. Ideal location with Cabarrus Arena, Charlotte Motor Speedway less than 15 mins. away. Pets are more than welcome. The large yard is not fenced. High-speed wifi, no basic cable. My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light when opened. The patio has seating for two for evening relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV, Netflix and HBO for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.

An update on this listing. The county is currently working on installing a new waterline on a neighboring road and storing their heavy equipment on the same road as this Airbnb so occasionally throughout the day, especially the morning and evening there are beeping noises from the workers setting up and Ending their day. No complaints so far, but I want everyone to be aware. It hasn’t scared the deer off.
