With plenty of walks nearby, we are close to the Helford River & The Lizard peninsula, beautiful Bosahan Woods, The Tolman Centre and the renowned Constantine Stores.

The Boathouse

The Boathouse is a brand new, self-contained one bedroom annex set within 4 acres of private gardens. It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. The bustling seaside town of Falmouth is a 15 minute drive away. It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

Tresahor Studio is in a sun trap overlooking a spring fed lake. The granite quarry was left untouched for 50 yrs to rewild, so is alive with birdsong and dragonflies. Falmouth is 15 mins away with its beaches, restaurants, cafes & clubs, buzzing with Uni life. The Helford River too with its waterside pubs, boat trips, coastal walks & exotic gardens to roam. Then wind down in the sauna & have a silky swim or cold shower. Suck up the energy of the lay line. Good dogs considered upon request.

Cosy cabin in Constantine, Cornwall

Our wooden cabin with full ensuite shower room and kitchenette is nestled at the bottom of a landscaped garden away from the family home. Situated on the edge of the delightful village of Constantine, it's a short walk to village shops and two pubs. The stunning Helford River is on your doorstep just a short drive, cycle or hike away. About 15-20mins drive you'll find the towns of Falmouth and Helston, also easily accessed by the local bus. The Lizard Peninsula and Truro are 30mins away.

The Garden Flat

The Garden Flat is a secluded getaway tucked into a beautiful established garden. It combines a large outdoor patio, for your use only, with shared use of the wider garden, which has a far-reaching view over Polwheveral creek and the Lizard peninsula. The flat is warm, spacious and light. Centrally heated, it also has a wood burning stove which comes laid and ready to light, with a basket of logs provided. Please note that the flat is accessed through our garden and up a flight of steps.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

You will find Baileys Little House in the heart of Cornwall. The historic town of Helston is a 5 minute drive away. There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. Baileys Little House is a small converted barn with all the comforts you would expect while on holiday. It is open plan living with a separate wet room and a cobbled courtyard exclusively for your stay.
