Within our community, enjoy the private lake and beach area with a marina, boat rentals and cafe. Also, 18-hole golf course and Grill, Seasonal Pool and hiking trails. Our Cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 lower, and 1 large loft bedroom. Downstairs Full Bath. Upper 1/2 bath Note - One time community fee of $50/ car upon entering.

Our comfortable and quiet guest cottage is set among Ponderosa pines in the Sierra Nevada foothills, 15 minutes from more than 40 Shenandoah Valley wineries. Private tastings can be arranged. The pool is private to our guests and usually open after Memorial Day. About 50 mins to ski areas. The Cottage easily accommodates 2 couples in two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. EV charging is available - additional fee. The deck is great for outside dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.

Pool safety fencing and self closing gate with safety latch allows parents to relax on the patio without any worries!
