I have been living in Green Valley Village, the City Hub, Brent Hill, and this residence is one of the quietest place of my stay. The decoration inside the house made me feel relaxed, the view of the balcony was nice, and the hosts are patient to answer my inquiries in detailed, and the wifi was good as well, allowing me to do some works with my laptops. And it is the only one airbnb to me in Baguio which I can get rid of the dog barking at sleeping time in which I think it's the best part of the residence so far. Sometimes the neighbours may makes some noise but maybe just one or two minutes, no big deal. Overall, it was a nice day, if I have chance, I would definitely come back again, thank you for letting me staying here.

The place ideal for a big family.. can accomodate 20+ pax that can comfortably sleep.. it has complete kichenwares. Bathroom is very clean. The area is safe and quiet.. my kids enjoyed the place. Maam Hosanna is very accomodating and responsive. Will definitely comeback here.

This condo was absolutely perfect and deserves every one of its five stars. It was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I especially loved the balcony view and the quiet, secure atmosphere of the building. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch place.

We had a wonderful time staying at this charming, cozy, and clean home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Good Shepherd and Mines View, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the area. There were also plenty of great dining options nearby. Ms. Chris was an exceptional host—very kind, thoughtful, and quick to respond. She made the entire process, from check-in to check-out, so smooth and hassle-free. We truly appreciated how considerate she was with our time and needs. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the comfort of her guests. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming stay. We would love to return someday!🥰

The place was very cozy and homey and was perfect for our group. Space was pet friendly and they also provided a pet bed. It has all the necessities, all amenities are as listed. Everyone had their own bed and all 3 rooms were nicely set up. Location was accessible, had parking, and was across Good Shepherd and Mines View. Asha was a good host and very helpful and responsive. We had a fuss free stay at their unit!

We had such a great time staying at this Baguio house! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It’s tucked away in a quiet area, which made it feel peaceful and homey, but it was still close enough to the city for quick trips if we needed anything. One of the best parts of the stay was the vibe. it really felt like a home, not just a rental. We especially loved the cool Baguio air, the comfy beds, and the little details that made everything feel warm and welcoming. Huge thanks to our host, Tita Teresita, who was so kind and accommodating the whole time. And shoutout to Lady, their super friendly dog, who instantly became best buddies with our dog Axl! It made the stay even more special seeing them run around and hang out together. This place is very homey, it's literally a home away from home. ❤️ We definitely enjoyed our 4 days and 3 nights stay in this place. The house is amazing and the location is very close to some of the tourist destinations, also it's easy to find in Google map or Waze. We are already thinking to visit again this May if God's will. Our mom's despedida will be memorable because we really had a great time in Baguio bonus yung Limits Guesthouse samin, it's an answered prayer. Thank you so much ma'am Jen and to your husband.
