We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

Great home, perfect for our needs. Bronwyn was a great host, very accomodating. A lovely large home with plenty of space and a big yard - perfect for our small family and grandparents. Would recommend!

Manik was very welcoming with great suggestions of what’s around the area. Great location and walking distance from Monash Hospital which is where we needed to be. Maniks home is wonderful, spacious and comfortable living. We were very pleased to have stayed in this beautiful Air BnB and very thankful for the support Manik had given us with great quick responses, accomodating our needs and helping us. We really enjoyed our stay! It was a last minute booking but even with short notice (2 hours prior to check in) the property was in immaculate condition & Mari was friendly & responsive. ☺️ I’d recommend Mari’s place!

We had a 3 night stay at the property and the stay was good. Even though it was a unit, was sufficient enough for us 4. The property was clean and closer to the beautiful beach and local cafes. Charlotte was friendly and was proactive. Would highly recommend, if you are not keen for a spacious space.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Phillip Island! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Steve, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a detailed file with clear instructions and information about nearby attractions and their timings, which made exploring the area so much easier. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.
