Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill.

Swimmers Rest is a retro, colourful beach house harking back to childhood holidays by the sea, but with modern comfortable amenities. The house has two indoor living areas, three outdoor zones, high ceilings, lots of light & has been thoughtfully & sustainably decorated. It has easy access to stunning beaches and great bushwalks. A shared Laundry is available. Located a short stroll from pristine Shoal and Fingal Beaches , this centrally positioned Shoal Bay retreat offers easy access to everything you may need.

Jess Cottage

Beautiful garden cottage only 250m from the beach. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants and the legendary Shoal Bay Country Club. Due to work I can’t be on site at all times to sort out linen. Please bring your own sheet sets and towels, toiletries. I can arrange linen and towels through a 3rd party at an additional cost, just ask and I’ll get you a price. Hope you love the bay as much as I do.

Centrally located on Brunker Road in Adamstown, our 3 Bedroom Cottage, sleeps up to 5 people and is the perfect family getaway. The beach is only 10 minutes away and all other key points in Newcastle also 10 minutes away. The residence has its own private entrance at the back of the premise, where you can easily slip into relaxation mode with the surrounding garden and back deck.
