This house has a brand new kitchen, bathroom, and cabin finishes to make it cozy and comfortable. It has modern amenities on top of that, such as Gigabit Wi-Fi Internet, dishwasher, induction stove, 4K tv, coffee bar, and more. Outdoors has a wrap around porch overlooking the lake and a large fire pit area. Our pedal Kayaks will allow you to explore all Lake Titus has to offer.

This property has it all situated literally on the bank of the deer river, with the trail system at the end of the driveway, and surrounded by 30k acres of state land! -Everything in this 1300sqf cottage on the river is brand new including a brand new convection gas stove with an air fryer built in!

Starry Nights Cabin is log cabin situated on 2 wooded acres on the Salmon River. Approximately 11 miles from the town of Malone, where you'll find countless small town shops, restaurants, and more. Minutes away from Titus Ski Mountain and Malone Golf Club. 20 min from the Deer River Flow and Meacham Lake, great opportunities for canoeing, kayaking, and swimming. Wonderful scenic family hikes to Azure, Debar, Lyon, and St. Regis Mountains make for perfect family adventures.
