This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

Very spacious, comfortable. Has everything you need for a long or short stay. Super quiet, peaceful and walkable location. Has a back and front private patio, great for our dogs to potty. Also has a garage where you can park the car. Place is very convenient, kitchen had all the appliances and supplies. James was very responsive and helpful. Recommend this place 100%

We absolutely loved spending a week at our home away from home, we were sad to leave! The house was super cute, clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. It was actually even nicer than it looked in the pictures! The outdoor areas were perfect for our dog, who had a great time sunbathing in various locations. We only used the larger bedroom and it was very comfy & quiet with excellent blackout shades. Great walking proximity to the beach (especially the dog beach), restaurants and a supermarket. Was also convenient to have the garage. Shawn is a great host, very proactive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend Shawn’s great house!

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

Ann’s place was a delightful space to stay while in town visiting family. It was clean and had everything we needed. When my son left a beloved item Ann and Joel went out of their way to return it to us. We really appreciate it!

David was very responsible and helpful during our 3nights stay. The pool was huge and clean and it was ready to use. Also dining area inside and outside was well organized, lighting for the backyard is also amazing! I highly recommend booking this place for your vacation! I would re-rent this place again. Melissa's house was the perfect selection for our stay in Riverside! Located in the hills of the city, the scenery was beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet, there were restaurants, a coffee shop (Arcadia) and grocery store close by & the house itself had everything we needed. Melissa was great to work with and we felt cared for before we even arrived. We will definitely be renting from her again!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

this is a lovely, spacious well stocked and supplied home that is well located if you are visiting Pasadena or Los Angeles. lots to do at the house and well located to get to other places in the area.

Great communication, amazing house with lots of space. Massive garage, well equipped kitchen, the highlight was the community pool (we had this to ourselves most days). Would definitely stay again. Thanks

10/10 - if you're unsure, just book this place!! the attention to detail was wonderful (squeaky clean, including fluffy towels and actual good pillows!) and it really is a peaceful, private space. yard was really great for our 2 pups (also hard to find in an airbnb) and we could even walk to a coffee shop. truly one of the best stays we've had, the hosts have thought of everything and eliminated stress/friction. we hope to be back in long beach and plan to book this place again!

Nick is a great host. He is very responsive , which I really appreciate. The place is very clean and well stocked with kitchen amenities and toiletry supplies, including clean towels, dish soap and hand soap, coffee pods for Keurig, basic spices, etc. Hot tub was pleasant after a long day of sight seeing. This is highly recommended Airbnb... will definitely stay again.

Amazing host and beautiful place in LakeArrowhead. Cozy house, looks exactly as photos. Heather is super nice and response quickly to all messages. We definitely come back again.

It was a wonderful stay..It looked just like the pictures..It was the perfect home away from home❣️ My family and I loved the location because, everything was in walking distance..and we really got to enjoy the beach and my teenage daughters all the coffee shops lol 😄 We will definitely book again..

Tower 17 Properties does a great job keeping its properties clean and well maintained. The house was right next to the beach, great amenities, peaceful area, and scenery cannot be beat. They communicated well before and during our stay to ensure we were informed and knew exactly what to do and how to find things. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their properties.
