We loved our stay at Chefy's place! It was a perfect, central location to house us all and be able to explore all of Ambergris Caye.

Dreams Casa truly exceeded expectations! If you're traveling with family or a big group, this is hands-down the best place to stay in San Pedro and worth every penny. We traveled with our toddler and our parents in April for 4 days. The property is literally walking distance from the airport and an easy 10-minute (or less) walk to just about every major restaurant in San Pedro. No golf cart needed! The house was spotless and spacious. We were able group of 6 and 9 people could comfortably stay here. The beach is easily accessible next door at Ramon's through the front gate (can't use the loungers, but can lay a blanket out). There's a great wine shop across the street and two grocery stores within a 2-min walk. The views are magnificent and I would've been perfectly content just lounging on terrace or rooftop the entire time. Sean and Colleen were gracious hosts - super responsive and communicative. They arranged for a high chair for our baby. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks

We had an amazing stay at Casa Serena. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for an extended stay. We especially loved the private pool and each bedroom having an en-suite. The mgmt company was extremely responsive and helped us during our stay with cart rentals, flat tire, and power outage. (we experience a power outage every trip to San Pedro). I was impressed how quickly they took care of things. We will definitely stay again with M&B Mgmt on our next trip!

We were very happy with the fast and reliable service from all involved. Especially when we forgot our passports and had to call at 1 in the morning to figure out how to get back to the house and get them. Instead of having to do that myself Franz was up and to the house to find them . He also delivered them to us right then. Being a distance from the airport I was so appreciative! It was not convenient for him to deliver them at that time of day let alone willing to do the task without any resistance and a smile. Absolutely Amazing! He also was there for us right away for any other requests before that. We enjoyed the place and couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so much! It was enlightening to see living off grid was not an inconvenience. I am looking into solar on a project myself so to actually use it real time for a couple weeks was a good experience. Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nick's amazing house. Very beautiful, clean and well kept house inside and out. The pool is magnificent with it's design and the beach is very private and we enjoyed it a lot. Zoby was super helpful with everything from check in to check out. Anytime we had a question, she was always there to answer it and help in any way. I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around as it's a little ways from town. There are places to eat and shop nearby. Thank you Nick, Zoby and crew for a fantastic time!

The house was beautiful and the service from Marilyn our concierge was wonderful. She responded to our texts in 1-2 minutes! She was there to collect us at the airport, and she arranged our entire vacation. She was wonderful. I didn’t realize we needed to take a boat to San Pedro. It was a 2 minute ride with Senal our captain, and 2 round trips were included daily at no charge. Senal was great! He was on site every morning cleaning the pool, and he was there to ferry us back and forth whenever we requested. Our dryer blew a belt while we were there and Senal had it fixed by the next day. He took our wet laundry to another home and put it in the dryer for us…amazing! We had several meals prepared at our villa which we arranged thru Cellina which were great. The restaurant, Coconuts, is on site and we had several wonderful meals there. Our meals were prepared and served by August and another lady, and they were so friendly, and the food and service were top notch!I highly recommend !

When we first arrived, we had been in the jungle area of Cayo for several days. San Pedro felt hectic and busy - like the Brooklyn of Belize. But Capt. Robby’s place is magical. It’s just far enough from the hustle and bustle to really slow down and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings and what the island has to offer. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is utilitarian but so comfortable. We slept great every night in the darkened rooms. The rest of the time we were either outside on a boat tour with Thomas (we did two days of fishing and snorkeling, worth the trip alone), walking to the delicious and easy Tropical Escape restaurant, or watching the day unfold on the porch with their lovely dogs frolicking and the Caribbean Sea serving as a stunning backdrop. The family lives upstairs and were gracious and welcoming. There are there if needed, but not intrusive in any way. We plan to come back again and again. Rent a golf cart so you can get around - though you won’t want to leave.

It was just a little confusing to find at first since we rented a golf cart upon arrival and didn’t get a taxi driver (who would have known where to go better than we did) but once we figured it out, it was very easy to get to. Especially after putting the location into google maps. The room was great for us, bathroom, kitchen, everything was great. Shower was hot. Environment was quiet so we slept well. We paid a fee to have someone do laundry which was great. There was fruit stand nearby where we got fresh mangoes and soursop. And the host was easy to reach. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

You want regret this stay great space very relaxing it’s near lots of good food, alcohol, stores/shops our drivers where very helpful coming in and leaving out I would definitely book this place again

The apartment was perfect for me and hubby. It was large enough for us to have our space and the anemitites inside the apartment were great. My fav was the bed...OMG SO COMFORTABLE! The apartment was so clean and the washer and dryer was a plus. Coconuts Caribe was in a perfect location and within minutes getting downtown or anywhere around the island and there are plenty of eateries to chose from nearby( Elvi's; Carambas; Sandy Toes; Truck Stop to name a few). Our favorite food truck at the Truck Stop was Asian option. If you like gambling there are a few casinos Palm casino (across from Elvi's) but our fav was Caribi Bleu. We enjoyed our time so much we booked an extra day. Big Ups to Giovanni!!!!who was always helpful and provided great recommendations and directions where we needed to go.

I finally pulled the trigger on Ambergris Caye, Belize, a bucket list item for Scuba Diving. I spent a lot of time searching and investigating accommodations when I came across this total gem, ReefLofts. It seems almost too good to be true when I booked it. It totally lived up to everything I had hoped for during my stay. It was just south of San Pedro and therefore quiter but still close to town I could have even walked. I had an unobstructed view of the ocean and the Belize Barrier Reef. The loft was immaculate and well appointed. The one bedroom even had two full baths. There was a great wine store and pharmacy on the first floor of which I used both. Jeymie booked my golf cart via Rick's and they were waiting for me when I stepped off the Tropic Air flight from Belize City. The 4 floor poll deck was awesome and allowed me to get some quick tanning sessions in with ease. Ambergris Caye was paradise and ReefLoft part of the experience!

We love staying here. We are our family of four and we found it spacious and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do in San Pedro and the surrounding areas with excursion companies just outside of our Airbnb. It made it easy to plan our trip after we arrived, we came in during our spring break and found that the winds were a little too heavy to do some of the excursions we wanted to do, but that is not at all on the Airbnb. They were wonderful with us and helping us find really great experiences and we did get to do a lot of things we wanted to do we even did a chocolate making class a few doors down from our Airbnb. We will definitely come back to this location and this specific Airbnb.

Prior to arrival and during our stay, Ricky checked in with us, advising us of a power outage, recommended restaurants, outings and sites to see, and always checked that we were okay at his rental. There was a staff person at site every day. She was the most polite young lady. She checked always too, that we had everything we need. We did rent a golf cart, which was locked inside the grounds at night. We actually didn’t need it except for traveling to Secret Beach and Truck Stop, as everything was within 5-10 minute walk. There was a Convenient store right next door too. Overall, this rental is excellent. When vacation to this area, we will definitely reach out to Ricky. Sherry & Brad

This was a great little spot for our stay in San Pedro—just as described and perfect for the two of us. Being part of a small community made us feel very safe and at ease throughout our trip. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We had a lovely experience and would happily stay again!

Wow Wow WOW!!! Kathy and her team were AMAZING!!! We had a last minute trip change and they were able to accommodate us. The condo is perfect--it even had a separate work station. The pool was very inviting and what a VIEW!! They were able to turn a rocky start to our vacation into one of absolute joy and perfection. Thank you --we will be back!

This is a resort, it's location and staff are excellent. Cleaners came daily and refreshed linens, coffee, and washing machine pods. Condo itself needs some updating, but we spent so.much time on the pristine beach that it didn't matter. Really high tax on all food/drinks, so be warned! We used the dock as an excursion pick up and drop off point, that was great. Very slow and even unresponsive on the airbnb app for communication before arrival. So, this is a resort and you check in at the front desk and have to put a credit card on file before getting keys. Check your bill daily .

We loved staying at Ron's place in San Pedro! It was a beautiful location. It is outside of the busy downtown area of San Pedro which is very nice. The pools were amazing! They have 6 pools and 2 hot tubs as well as a beach area to swim in. The swim up bar was so nice, the Banana Daquiri was delicious! The condo was so big and had everything we could need. It is nice that there is also a grocery and liquor store right there. We picked up a few things like water, Rum and juice. We were able to watch the Chiefs win the Super Bowl while we were there. It has a nice patio area to sit in and hang swim suits to dry. We also ordered pizza one night and it was a quick walk to the grocery store to pick it up. We ate breakfast and lunch at the swim up bar and both were delicious. The other nice thing was that all of our tours we booked picked us up right at the dock at Grand Caribe. That was beyond nice! Definitely would stay here again! Thank you, Ron!

Recommend. Would stay again. This condo is clean, bright and uncluttered. Fantastic 2nd floor view right from the Living room couch (which is real comfortable too). The 3 A/C units keep it cool and the condo is quiet (no barking dogs!) Hot water works great. Like other reviewers recommend - shower handle parallel to floor for best flow. We found keeping a very small stream of hot water flowing at the bathroom sink keeps the electric heater “on demand” for constant hot water while showering. The drinking water dispenser is also really convenient. Thanks Faith, Tammy and staff - you were all very helpful - it was a great place!

The condo worked perfectly for our family of four. It had everything we needed and the location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing host & location. The place was spacious, clean and had an absolutely breathtaking view. We loved the hammocks, dock & porch. I especially loved being able to swim off the dock. The place is far enough away from the busy downtown area, but close enough for a quick golf cart ride into town. I loved Someplace South and the Hulu Bar nearby. The unit was amazing, tons of linens, the washer and dryer were so helpful. We loved talking with a permanent resident in the same complex and would book again in a heartbeat!

Overall, we really liked the condo. The welcome cocktails were a cute touch. We loved the location and loved Coco‘s Loco bar being right there attached to the swimming pool. I had seen another review that mentioned that as a negative, but we thought it was definitely a positive. We hung out there almost every night, and met both locals and tourists at the bar who became friends, and we thought the owner and bartenders were great. We liked the general layout and size of the condo. We only used the master bedroom, and found the bed quite comfortable. The master bedroom light flickered often, which was a bit annoying, but not a huge deal. The bathroom was decent and stocked with brand new towels. The kitchen was well-equipped and roomy, with a fridge stocked with beer, soda, and juice. Alexandra was attentive to any needs that arose while we were there, although communication took a bit longer than we’d prefer, but I guess that’s due to “island time”. We will happily stay here again!!
