You'll be 1.5 blocks from City Brooks park and its offerings (tennis, playground, 9-hole golf, dog park, art gallery), minutes away from LSU, downtown, and I-10, with easy access to hip restaurants, bars, and coffee shops along the Government Street corridor. Stroll around the neighborhood to enjoy its beauty or venture a little further to run or bike the 6+ miles of connecting paths.

This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s only a 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Parking is available on driveway.

The Frog House is a comfortable and updated two bedroom house located at the intersection of Bayou Manchac and Alligator Bayou. Come for the weekend or spend the month exploring the historic waterways and wilds of south Louisiana. On site use of canoes and or kayaks is included with each booking, waiver required.

This is a beautiful and comfortable studio apartment nestled in College Town, one of the oldest, most beautiful neighborhoods in BR. You will be blocks from the south gates of LSU, a 5 minute walk to the LSU lakes (with its 4 mile walking loop), a 12-15 minute walk to Tiger Stadium and nearby to lots of great restaurants and campus night life. Our safe and quiet apartment is a great place for visiting students and parents, as well as business travelers and BR visitors.

The Blue Heron Guest House is a great place to just get away, enjoy nature, canoe (provided), fish the pond or the bayou, birdwatching (lots of birds), etc. The property does have a boat slip and a small boat launch for those who want to explore the area by boat. Bayou Manchac connects to the Amite River nearby. We can’t wait to share our paradise with you!
