Stunning cottage - secluded and remote yet just a ten minute drive into Killybegs. Perfect for our Mother’s Day weekend stay. Comfortable beds and well equipped, and the hot tub was a great bonus - I wasn’t sure we would use it but it turned out to be a lovely addition to our stay sitting under the stars and reconnecting with my kids. Being able to bring the dog was great! Will definitely be back again!

How is this for the review? We had a lovely weekend in Rose Cottage. Shops and restaurants were just a 20 minute walk away.Everything was spotless and the kitchen well equipped. There were plenty of towels and a fabulous drying room. We had a problem with the shower that Gerard responded to immediately. The hot tub had seats for 3 but could accommodate 4. If you want to use it the first evening you would need to ask to have it heated in advance. Although we didn't use it, the games room was great. The garden was not secure but offered plenty of space. I would highly recommend Rose Cottage.

Wow! A truly magnificent property in a stunning location. Thank you Helen and Ryan. We felt so welcome and at home here. You have created a perfect haven to relax and unwind. It is so tranquil and the views are breathtaking. You have thought of everything and more! Ideal for a group to connect and chill. The attractions of the hot tub , pool, mini golf were a winner! The spacious barbecue facilities were an added bonus. Our souls are lighter, and we will definitely be returning for more!

Our stay at the Yellow Door was excellent! From the moment we booked, Mark was very communicative, and very helpful in offering food recommendations for us (Sultan Castle Indian was delicious). Mark gave great instructions for entering the property and when I had a question about the fire he responded immediately which was very helpful! All 3 bedrooms were great, with the bedroom at the front of the house having a beautiful sea view. The bathroom was very clean and modern, with clean towels provided in all rooms, with additional towels in the hot press. The enclosed outdoor area to the side of the house was a real pleasure for us. We utilised the hot tub whilst there (it does take a while to fill it and at least 8 hours for the stove beside it to give it good heat so get it on early!) The TV in the house was modern and allowed us to use Screen Mirroring for streaming apps, and the WiFi was good throughout. The location of the house and the host, Mark, made this a delightful stay! Ta!

The house is very new and has spectacular views with many windows and open plan in the common areas. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed for groups that wish to cook any type of meal. The outside amenities are lovely and we made food use of the grill, pizza oven, hot tub and sauna. A perfect home to enjoy breakfast with coffee and game night or quiet time after a day of exploring the area. We would especially recommend the home to family groups as the house is large with lots of large gathering areas both inside and outside to enjoy each other’s company. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the ground level trampoline, play equipment and playhouse.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Diane went the extra mile and decorate the house with happy retirement banners and balloons for my inlaws who had retired. The house is amazing and spacious. We couldn't have asked for anything better and getting in the hot tub to round out the day was brilliant. We can't wait to book again.

We came here for our little boys 8th birthday! His words "This is the best present ever mammy" It was the get away he didn't realise we needed until we were here! Tara was great, and recommended the most amazing spot to eat! The harbour inn! Well worth the visit when staying in this hidden treasure 😍

A pleasant retreat, and a great time at the Cabin.Michael was great craic and very generous too. We are definitely coming back!

My partner and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Davey Johns Forge this weekend. The cabin was spotless and beautifully decorated, in a quiet and peaceful location, which was exactly what we were looking for. The hot tub made it even more relaxing! Shane was a fantastic host and very responsive to any queries. Thank you for a lovely stay ☺️

We had to change our dates in the end due to a mix up and the hosts were great in offering an alternative date for our stay. Looking forward to staying in May!

The place really worth the money. Nice surroundings, half an hour to the beach. Jacuzzi is a bonus! The host very nice and helpful. Really would recommended this place.10 out of 10😊

Comfortable stay and a beautiful area, we had all we needed for a nice, relaxed weekend. The accommodation is spacious enough for two people, there’s hot water, and easy parking. Sam and Antoinette were great hosts and shared nice stories of the place and recommendations for food and places to visit. It was really refreshing to wake up to a serenade of birds chirping and have a coffee seating in the sun. We’d love to visit back.

Chose to stay here for a quick Easter getaway and it was really lovely, great location only 15 minutes away from Donegal town and the place was spotless and very cosy. The hot tub is a great job as well!

Beautiful cottage and surroundings! Very very private. Great places to explore around the area. Stunning scenes. Even caught sight of the wild deers beside the cottage! Cottage had everything we needed and could want. Hot tub was one of the best we have used! Hosts were very friendly and always willing to help and give information about local area. Would recommend the place 100% and we will definitely be back. Was only meant to be 2 night stay and we ended up staying for 3 and don't want to leave!
