Very nice indeed. It felt very homey and comfortable. I had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. When I initially booked the stay I was a day off so I reached out to Walker and he was quick to respond, allowing me to change the dates. I was provided instructions, including front door entry and directions prior to my stay. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Beautiful place with lots of street cats to look at! Make sure you note the entrance is on the side of the building, took us a minute to locate.

The house was comfortable, and everything we needed was there. An off street parking spot was great and the neighborhood was peaceful. We were visiting relatives who were also impressed with our accommodations. Jesse, the property manager responded quickly when we had questions. This was our first AirBnB experience.

Holly and Andy's place was great, and they are clearly seasoned airbnb hosts. I loved the convenient hygeine products and pantry items, it felt like a home rather than a sterile hotel. Convenient to a few bus lines too.

It was a charming place to stay while visiting family and friends.

The place was completely as described. Host very responsive, place very clean. Jazz music loud into the early morning as the host mentioned. We used the provided white noise machines and our own music headbands to block it out.

As someone that comes to New Orleans every couple years, this was by far one of our best stays, in large part due to where we stayed. The location is perfect for our needs — close to family, lots of great food nearby, a close walk with the dog to the park, and with the Quarter easily accessible. The house was clean and cozy with a medium-sized shady fenced-in side yard that made hanging outside with family and the dog super pleasant.

Robert is a supreme host! He was quick to respond (even though he was at Jazz Fest) when one of our crew arrive early. I also lost an earring at some point during the weekend and Robert went above and beyond to try and find it after we left. The bedding, furniture, cleanliness, and beautiful morning light made our stay wonderful just as much as the location and history of the building. And a tattooed person, I loved being above a tattoo shop (I got two during our stay!), but if you don’t have or like tattoos, you don’t even notice there’s a business operating below you. It’s so peaceful and the few people coming and going are so sweet and courteous. 10/10 would stay again next time I’m in town.

Often times when you book a place, the host is just friendly at first because they want your money but then when you’re locked in they don’t care. This trip wasn’t like that at all. From the very jump they were so friendly and open about everything and they took the time out and made every instruction clear as possible so there wouldn’t need to be any questions but if there was any they would respond in a very timely manner. Before the trip they sent a list of restaurants and not only activities to do but also activities that were happening while we were staying down there so they did the research for our individual stay. When we walked in the house it was beautiful and squeaky clean and just felt homey. With this place being such a beautiful home and with the host being as best as can be it’s definitely safe to say that next time we visit New Orleans we will certainly book through them again!

The house was beautiful and very clean, also it was perfect for my pets. The instructions were very easy to follow and the host responded to me very quickly. When I visit my family in Louisiana again I will definitely try to get that same place. It was very nice.

We recently stayed at this beautiful five-bedroom, five-bath home in New Orleans, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus — it made getting ready so easy and comfortable for our entire group. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the common areas were perfect for gathering, playing games, and sharing meals. The host was communicative, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient — close enough to easily get to all the attractions, but tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet after a busy day in New Orleans. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area with a large group!

My brother and I came down for a long weekend to watch our Philadelphia Eagles absolutely demolish the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 59. Nicole’s place was a perfect base camp and peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of NOLA. She also provided a generous gift basket and a famous NOLA “King Cake” which was the perfect compliment to our morning coffee. We had a great trip and would certainly come back again to stay at Nicole’s place. GOOOOOOOOOO BIIIIIIIIIRDS!!!!!

very nice home with a large back yard. it was very clean and well maintained. the whole neighborhood was very well kept and felt like the kind of place the kids could run around without worrying about them.

What an amazing place to stay when you are in Louisiana! The community was fantastic and it made me wish I had my own place there. The house was beautiful and had many wonder complements when family came over to visit. This is by far the best place I ever used on Airbnb

My second time here and was even better than I remembered. Perfect location to get to all things Frenchman st, the Quarter, grab a street car, get to the local market. You can't beat the space. Well laid out rooms, with the primary bdrm having just the most outstanding bathroom. Everything was super clean, easily accessible and comfortable for our group of 5. Michael is always extremely responsive via email and gives outstanding local recommendations. Speaking of, highly recommend staying here if you have a chance! I know we'll be back.

great stay located close to everything. awesome place to unwind and chill the deck is very nice in the morning and evening. and the beds were very comfortable. 5 stars all day.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay. Super cute, clean, and quiet. We found street parking very easily upon arrival and then walked the entire trip. Even had excellent water pressure and heat in the shower, which was actually super important to us ☺️

Loved the place! Felt luxurious and spacious. Had everything we needed. There was a slight water issue and Beau was super proactive, communicative and made our stay in his gorgeous flat very memorable. I would move there if I could! I loved the style and taste he packed into the place without making it feel cramped or cluttered. Felt like an upscale penthouse home away from home. Would definitely recommend and return. LOVE!

John was a great host! He communicated timely with clear and precise instructions. His response time was quick. The place was clean and beautiful, very spacious! The explanation in the description was spot on! I’d definitely rent from John again!

Joseph was responsive and the Airbnb was perfect for a couple on vacation. It was located right next to the French Quarter and was within walking distance of many restaurants. I would definitely book this location again.

Elizabeth's condo was absolutely perfect for our girls' trip! We enjoyed staying in a private, peaceful location after spending our days and nights in the French Quarter. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept great. The furnishings and decor are all beautiful, and the condo was very spacious. Highly recommend!

Beautiful & Very Clean place to stay. It was fully stocked of everything we needed. We didn’t have to go to the store for any supplies, even stocked with coffee & all the fixings! :) We felt very safe at our stay here for the weekend. We were close enough to every thing we wanted to visit. We did not spend more then 20$ for uber both ways. The pool was a great plus. We did not swim because it was still a little chill. But nevertheless was good to have the option. The private parking I will say had to be one of the best options of our stay. It made it that much better to not have to constantly stress about parking. I would definitely stay here again if it’s available for my next visit to the NO! I literally have no complaints:) Brads place was Awesome!!
