A large private backyard with fire pit situated on a quiet street. The cottage is conveniently located a half a mile from Manning boat launch and Tuttle point and 1.6 miles from Espyville Marina. There are two walking paths in our community that will take you to the lakeshore. Both are approximately a half mile walk.

Enjoy a peaceful night by the fire in the evenings. Walk in the woods. Staying in a secluded country setting, you may see cute little deer, turkey, foxes, squirrels an occasional skunk. At our country backroad cottage we have bear and coyotes may be heard howling and hunting the woods at night. Enjoy country living😍
