The home has all new appliances, A/C, and WIFI, to keep everyone comfortable and entertained, while still allowing you to unplug and enjoy some peace and quiet on this large property. Great place for the whole family!!

Ceiling fans, cotton sheets, and charging ports in ALL bedrooms on lamps or desks! Enclosed patio has been transformed into a hang-out zone. It’s equipped with a mini split, so you can set the temp. Step outside to the deck & pour yourself a refreshing drink. I’ve stocked the kitchen with a variety of glasses & all the essentials you need.

Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.
