You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. Access all the amenities including 2 large living rooms with 85 inch and 70 inch TVs, fully equiped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms connected by closet and hallway. One bedroom connected to master bedroom via sliding door.

This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Pool safety fencing and self closing gate with safety latch allows parents to relax on the patio without any worries!

This large 1920’s single story bungalow is our most family-friendly home; its closest to our awesome revitalized downtown, sits on a corner lot with driveway + plenty of free parking and has lovely large yards. The back is private + fully-fenced w/ covered porch with fountain and furnishings for outside living. Inside you’ll find old original (yes creaky) wood floors, tons of character, comfortable unique furnishings + ultra fast internet/cable + smart TVs and a 1925 piano.

A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home. There will be some fresh baked goods and a few other breakfast items for you to enjoy your first morning.
