A fabulous Grade II listed 2 bedroom Granary conversion situated in a quiet rural location, within walking distance to parks, shops (and coffee!), located on the edge of the Cotswolds. Easy access to Oxford and Cheltenham. The Granary has great privacy, spacious accommodation and two private patios within an enclosed walled garden, good space for alfresco dining. The Tallet is perfect for couples, nestled away within the quiet village of Ampney Crucis on the outskirts of Cirencester, a busy little market town at the heart of the Cotswolds. The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

Relax and enjoy a stay at a stylishly appointed barn in the centre of Cricklade with your own private off road parking. It is walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. This small friendly town is on the edge of the Cotswolds close to the water park with its choice of activities, including sailing, fishing, swimming, archery, golf and a beach(!) There are many walking and cycling paths and tracks, including the Thames Path. Ideal for the Air Show, Cheltenham Races and Badminton.

The Studio is a small and cosy single storey self-contained annexe in the Cotswold village of Poulton. Double bedroom, en suite shower room, fully equipped kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, private courtyard garden. WiFi, underfloor heating, TV, parking for 2 cars. Basic breakfast supplies, milk, tea and coffee provided. Great village pub down the road. Sleeps two comfortably, up to four at a squeeze with limited floor space if using the sofa bed for additional guests.

This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
