Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

Tucked away in the heart of the city is Spey Courtyard, which is a bright modern fully equipped 1st floor apartment, newly renovated to high standard with a private entrance and free parking for one car in a private courtyard on the doorstep. My apartment has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay including a 50inch smart tv with Netflix, super fast unlimited broadband, wifi, coffee machine with coffee , tea, sugar and milk, Gas central heating with instant hot water and double glazing.

Small cozy self contained annex in a converted Steading circa 1720, minutes from Killin centre. King bed, bathroom with rain shower. Basic Galley kitchen, mini fridge, hot plates, microwave /oven/grill , kettle, toaster. Connecting these rooms is a small area for sitting/dining. It is not a room on its own but comfortable. Smart TV in bedroom. Private garden area with seating and BBQ. Happy to offer a drawer in our chest freezer in garage if needed. Hoover on request. Superfast Broadband

FRESH AND CLEAN APARTMENT ---STIRLING---

Immaculate new build apartment (2019) which has been newly furnished and decorated to a high standard in January 2021. The apartment sits beneath Stirling Castle (15 minute walk), with a view toward the National William Wallace Monument (10 minute drive) and the stunning Ochil Hills. There is a large supermarket very close to the apartment (5 minute walk). The apartment is perfect for guests looking to visit Stirling and further afield for work or leisure. The studio has been recently renovated and sits back from the road on a quiet street and within walking distance of local amenities. There are lots of walks from the property where you can explore our lovely village and local area or why not hike up one of Perthshire's many Munros.
