Only 8 minutes walking distance from the Denton Square (or >5 on the tandem bike!), The Fallon House is the perfect base for visiting Denton's best restaurants, bars, and shops. Nestled behind a Craftsman home on a quaint street, The Fallon House is a thoughtfully designed standalone cottage, and offers anything you may need for a private retreat. The Fallon House features a bedroom with a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for a romantic hideout or small family retreat.

Trailer Swift

A recently updated Avion trailer with a great patio and lake access. Located on a dirt road outside the city limits but only a 10 minute drive from downtown Denton and the Square. Use of two kayaks, a grill, and a full indoor kitchen setup. Sleeps 3 people(2 twin beds and one folding couch). It is a camper, so space inside is limited, though the patio is large and gated. If you are looking for a funky/cute spot with lots of character as well as love put into it, we'd love to host you!

Kick back and relax in this brand new calm, stylish studio. Located off of Interstate 35, this is a prime location for taking a quick trip down to Dallas or to the UNT college campus. Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

Randy's Retreat with pool and hot tub!!

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

This home is nestled inside of quiet family friendly community walking distance to parks, dining, a community pool and minutes to Frisco, TX and Denton, TX. After entering you encounter an open floor plan home kitchen, dining and living room ares. The kitchen is well appointed with brand new appliances and all of the necessary accoutrements to prepare a meal during your stay. The home comes equipped with reliable wifi and everything that you need to sleep in comfort.

Room A has twin bed and futon which could be couch or full bed. Spectacular views. Love my sunsets. 4 bedroom home on golf course with a pool. Relax in the hammock under huge covered patio. I live in the home but on opposite side. I have three (3) cats, so if you have allergies to animals, you may not be able to stay. Three bedrooms rentable, discounted if bathroom shared. Furnished. Free WiFi & cable TV. Rooms A and B share a bathroom with two sinks.
