Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

The 'Outhouse' is attached to the deck and is a separate space to hangout, watch movies & use the PS4. There is everything you need at the Mermaid Cottage!

Home updates done in spring of 2024 include- entire interior painted, popcorn ceilings removed and other drywall repairs, new ceiling fans and interior lighting, and more! House is stocked with plenty of kitchen necessities and other conveniences so all you need to do is show up ready to relax!
