Welcome to the Dorchester Jail BnB, an 1875 Provincial Jail that’s now my home. Close to Sackville, Moncton, and Hopewell Rocks New Brunswick- just off the Trans Canada. But remember it’s an old Jail with “history”. A very unique and comfortable sleep in a real Jail. You get a great unique adventure while you stay a night in jail. MAX 2 PEOPLE IN THIS CELL This is Cell #3 split Bunk Bed two people. We have comfortable rooms for travelers, tourists, etc. no locks on cell doors. Shared washrooms.

Room 2- The Sugar Maple

The Sugar Maple room features a beautiful queen bed and antique wooden furniture with a warm honey tone. A large double window creates a bright and inviting space while providing tranquil views of the woods and backyard. Deer, squirrels and a wide variety of birds are frequently spotted by our guests. This room includes access to a mini-fridge and microwave, free WiFi, a flat screen TV, a room fan, a private elegant 4 piece ensuite bathroom, and a delicious homemade breakfast

Room 1 - The Mountain Maple

The Mountain Maple room is our only room located on the ground floor. This comfortable and charming room features a lovely sleigh queen bed and antique wood furniture with a warm tone. A bright window provides peaceful views of the woods and backyard. Deer, squirrels and a wide variety of birds are frequently spotted by our guests. A spacious private 4 piece ensuite bathroom features a deep traditional tub and shower combo with a relaxing rain shower head.

Maplehurst Manor - The Keillor Suite

A completely restored 160-year-old home built by one of the Fathers of Confederation, the manor has elegant ensuites and large comfortable bedrooms. It also features a mix of period furnishings, restored fireplaces, and grand living and dining rooms. Our mission is to provide our guests with a truly memorable bed and breakfast experience. We offer them comfort and luxury, surrounded by the grandeur and splendour of a time gone by.
