Great location, neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Close to dollar tree, ShopRite, Milano’s pizzeria and other stores nearby. We had our nieces and nephew stay over a couple of nights and there was plenty of room to share, the couch was also very comfortable. Only things we needed more of was plates and plastic cups for the kids. I appreciated the pool being covered because it was too cold to use anyway. The bathroom showers had great pressure and overall felt very homie. Thank you so much Jerrell for sharing your home.

Jyothi was great to communicate with. If we had a question she responded right away. The location was beautiful, tucked away. The property and home were amazing! For the summer this place would be soo ideal as the pool looked great: Unfortunately, we didn't realize we couldn't have a gathering and what was supposed to be a few people stopping by ended up being way more and she quickly reached out. We are quite sorry! But really the access to restaurants and the new golf course will be so worth it! Book it!

Very secluded with a spectacular view. High tide comes up right under the house (all the houses on the block are built this way) so you're literally staying right over the water. Would definitely rent again.

Richard was an excellent host who had a dozen of fresh baked donuts waiting for us upon arrival from an awesome local bakery, the house was clean and ready for our stay. While there may not be much to do in fortescue, it is definitely worth staying if enjoy waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean or casting a line for some good fishing.

Beautiful view of the Delaware Bay. Sunsets were amazing. House had plenty of room for six. Well stocked kitchen with glasses, pots/pans, plates, silverware, etc. Excellent communication from Evolve leading up to our stay.

Catherine's place was a dream come true! I stayed here with my husband and our friend and it was more than we could've asked for. A very cozy atmosphere with way more amenities than we could've asked for. Even on the coldest nights, it was nice and toasty warm inside and between the kitchen and ample dining space, we were set. Catherine also recommended tons of great restaurants and activities during our stay. She was super responsive, helpful, and made us feel right at home. I would love to stay at Catherine's again and can't recommend this place enough!

The house was perfect. Clean, neat and comfortable. So beautifully situated at the lake. The outside was wonderful. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking. A great stay!

Such a cool place to visit if you’re in the area. It was walkable to the beach and a small wharf with great food and ice cream. Tara’s place is fully stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was only 10 minutes from the Delaware Sports Complex which was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning location for a peaceful group getaway. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a group meal and more. Decor was stylish with lots of thoughtful touches. The waterfront porch was incredible. We will definitely be back!

Some friends and I stayed for a long weekend for my birthday. The house is a very special place, with both beautiful historic details and modern conveniences. We had a great time grilling on the patio and relaxing in the hot tub. The lake and property is very peaceful and a good place for bird watching. One day we took a beautiful spring walk around the lake at Parvin state park which is a short drive away. The kitchen was probably the best stocked of any rental we’ve stayed, with every tool you could possibly need! The rooms were spacious and bright, and every bed was very comfortable, including the pull out couch in the super cozy lower level. The 7 of us had a great time and would very happily return again! Ernesto was an excellent host and very quickly responded with any questions that popped up. Thanks to him & Alan for a wonderful stay!

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The perfect place for a quiet getaway. Friendly neighborhood with quiet streets perfect for bike riding. JPs is a wonderful restaurant on the water and within easy walking distance. Delicious food and ice cream. The house came with all the things you’d need for a great beach getaway and we felt right at home in the beautiful and clean space.

My husband and I visited with our dog for a long weekend and the views are just breathtaking! You truly can’t get any closer to the water. The house and property had all that we needed and our favorite spot was the back deck! The fire pit was a great bonus. We are going to miss waking up to the sounds of waves crashing.
