Charlie’s Place is a 2 bdrm, 1 bath guest suite, w/a spacious living room, full kitchen, fitness room, and an awesome lounge patio w/ a private pool. Located in a great neighborhood within walking distance of the lake, you'll only be a short drive away from downtown Nashville, BNA, major shopping malls, & much more. Being right outside of music city you'll be close enough to join in all the fun, but just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Nashville to be able to get some real R&R.

The Milk Barn Cottage

Built in the late 1940's as a working milk barn, the Milk Barn Cottage is 800 sq. ft of cozy comfort. The cottage is near the foot of Monteagle Mountain in the beautiful Pelham Valley. We are half-way between Nashville and Chattanooga, about 2 miles off exit 127 on I-24. The Caverns is about an 8 minute drive away. Pelham has quaint restaurants to visit plus all of the natural beauty in our area. We are also just 13 miles from Sewanee and the University of the South.

The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. Its style is cozy, comfortable and relaxed, light and airy. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.
