The Wee Firs is located in the green belt village of Uplawmoor in East Renfrewshire, west-central Scotland. Stunning views of Caldwell Tower and 360' views of beautiful Scottish Countryside. We have free range Ducks & Chicken and we are surrounded by Highland Cows, Sheep, Horses, Rabbits, Pheasants and other amazing wildlife. A Golf Course, Curling Rinks are minutes away, deep in the idyllic countryside but only 15 minutes drive from Glasgow Airport. Relax, explore and enjoy The Wee Firs.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

A stunning family home, set in approx 10 acres of beautiful countryside with its own private 1 acre garden. Outside, the extensive garden and grounds comprising of mainly lush green lawns, mature woodland, wild flower areas and a portion of the Carmel Water which is a tributary of the River Irvine. The garden has various sitting areas strategically positioned to catch the sun. The private driveway leads to the house and there is parking for three vehicles.

Dunlop is only 1/2 hour drive to some of Ayrshires top golf courses. The train takes less than 30 mins to Glasgow city centre. The village has a community pub, a community cafe(open Thursdays and Fridays for morning coffee and lunch. A newsagent, post office/ shop and an Artisan Bakery ( openThursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) A new craft shop has also recently opened next door to our home. The nearest supermarket is 10 mins. drive away.

Our cosy beachfront apartment offers stunning uninterrupted views over the Firth of Clyde. Centrally located in the seaside town of Saltcoats. Saltcoats has so much to offer. The flat is located on the sea front across from the harbour. There are train stations in Saltcoats and Ardrossan. Ardrossan Ferry terminal 2 miles Prestwick Airport 15 miles Glasgow Airport 24 miles Troon 13 miles Ayr 21 miles (Approx distances)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy this gorgeous setting either from the warmth and comfort of the open plan lounge or from your own private deck with extraordinary views over Dumgoyne and the Campsie Hills. You will be surrounded on all sides by fields, woods or mountains but yet be close enough to pop out for a coffee and cake at the local village or taste a wee dram at the Glengoyne whisky distillery.

The Barn is set in the heart of the Scottish countryside and offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Conveniently situated a short drive from Glasgow and Prestwick airports, with excellent transport links into the city of Glasgow and beyond.
