You might like to take a short bus ride into Manly where you can hop on a ferry to take you across to the City & Bondi - if you are so inclined to venture to the 'dark side'. Private 1 bedroom ground floor modern apartment in a beachside area. A Separate bathroom. Monday and Thursday between 6.30 and 9am the gym area will be used by us and a few friends. A quiet garden studio located in the backyard of our house although not attached, mostly suited to a couple or single person. We are powered 100% by renewable energy with solar panels and a Tesla PowerWall. The pool on the property is available for use. Both the pool & studio have private access along a pathway to the side of our house. It is situated within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and Dee why or North Curl Curl beach.

(Studio update December 2025) - The studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site.. Demolition and excavation are complete though there can still be general building noise. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.
