Relax in our private air conditioned guest studio, perfect for singles and couples looking for a coastal get away. The studio has a separate entry and complete privacy. It is fully self-contained and is modern, bright, and airy. The space also includes your own private deck with views to the glasshouse mountains. The studio has high speed WiFi and smart TV with access to any of your apps. It has a Nespresso coffee machine, breakfast facilities and access to a shared swimming pool.

Duckin two

Duckin Two is a studio apartment designed for couples who would like to relax and take in the nature and surroundings, with your own seperate bathroom. Amenities include bar fridge, kettle and toaster. You will also be provided with tea and coffee supplies. We now have put a microwave in the studio for your convenience. You can also have access to the Deck area including a BBQ and Swim spa that we use in summer to cool down , it’s not a hot tub ! But lovely on a summers night :)

Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area. You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. Children are welcome and we provide a high chair, a safety bed rail and a port a cot, if needed. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. There is a fenced yard. Our own dog is kept upstairs.

Direct access to a patrolled and dog off-leash beach. The coastal pathway that runs in the dunes parallel to the beach provides easy walking, cycling and electric scooter access from Point Cartwright to Caloundra.
