The living space is the second floor of the pictured garage which sits private and separate from the main house. Restaurants, piers, national parks, watering holes, grocery stores and beach shopping are each in reach by short drive or bike ride. It is central to all the summertime beach life with a safe back roads to walk your pet.

1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with private entrance on golf course. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We are 550 yards from beach so you can walk to beach or use free parking at beach accesses close by. You do have to cross the main highway so with summer traffic it is a little harder but some people still choose to walk. Close to Wright Brothers National Park. During the summer we do require a 3 night minimum.
