We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. The cottage is a newly converted farm building on a smallholding in Swansea, where you can enjoy peace and privacy with panoramic views across fields to the Gower. You can step out of the door to enjoy mountain walks and wildlife. The Lliw resevoirs and Cwm Clydach nature reserve are in walking distance as is the village and local pubs that serve food. We offer secure storage for bicycles and the area is renown by keen cyclists. Swansea, Mumbles and the Gower beaches are a short drive away.

There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.
