방문한 에어비앤비 숙소들 중에 제일 좋았어요 👍 호스트가 비슷한 방들을 많이 가지고 있어서, 사진과는 아주 조금씩 다를 수는 있지만, 전체적으로는 거의 같은 컨디션이에요. 해당 숙소는 20층이라 정말 조용해서 좋았고 뷰가 너무 예뻤어요~ 그리고 화장실은 사진과 다르게 불투명 시트지로 되어있어서 안심했어요 😌 그리고 다른 곳들과 다르게 작은 수건 4, 큰 수건 4 이렇게 기본 제공되고, 호스트에게 말하면 하루에 한 번씩 수건 교체, 방 청소 해주세요. (수건 갯수, 청소 시간 정확하게 말씀드려야 서로서로 편해요 ☺️) - 원래는 에어비앤비로 다른 숙소를 예약했었는데, 거기가 일주일 전에 갑자기 해당 숙소가 에어비앤비 금지 숙소가 되었다며 예상치도 못하게 다른 곳으로 변경한다는걸 거절하고(사기같다는 생각이 들었거든요) 이 숙소로 부랴부랴 다시 예약하게 되었던건데, 오히려 너무 다행이라는 생각이 들었어요.. 😭 원래는 같은 지역에 가도 다른 에어비앤비를 경험해보고 싶어하는 타입인데, 몇번이고 여기로 올 것 같아요!! 진짜 후회 없으실겁니다,,⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We visited the apartment and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance, design, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. Special thanks to Tori for his exceptional assistance throughout our visit. The buliding and park area was a highlight—immaculately maintained and perfect for relaxation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a blend of luxury and comfort.

Helen & Kevin are the best. They always responded immediately; they took care of everything; and they are courteous & helpful. The location is great. Across the street there is a nice mall with a full-service grocery store, hardware store, abd several coffee spots. There is also a metro stop with service to District 1, and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. This is an ideal place for long stays. The apartment is very nice. It was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. It has a fairly nice, unobstructed view, and the unit is quiet (no street noise at all). We stayed for nearly 3 months. We loved our stay and will miss Ho Chi Minh City!

Really loved the place, was very aesthetic and had a stunning view of hcm! Would stay again if I ever come by the city again :) had really comfortable beddings and a nice projector as well. Above all, John and Daniel were very responsive and kind to my queries, checkin and checkout was hassle free as well :)

**Đánh giá về căn phòng homestay** Tôi đã có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại căn phòng của homestay này. Căn phòng rất thoải mái và ấm áp, mang đến cảm giác như ở nhà. Nội thất được bài trí gọn gàng, tinh tế, với tông màu ấm áp tạo nên không gian dễ chịu và thư giãn. Giường ngủ mềm mại, chăn gối sạch sẽ và thơm tho. Ánh sáng trong phòng được thiết kế vừa đủ, không quá chói mà vẫn đảm bảo sáng sủa, thích hợp cho cả nghỉ ngơi và làm việc. Ngoài ra, phòng còn được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi như máy lạnh, nước nóng, và một góc nhỏ pha trà/cà phê rất tiện lợi. Điểm đặc biệt là không gian yên tĩnh, thích hợp để thư giãn sau những giờ làm việc căng thẳng hoặc chuyến đi dài. Chủ nhà rất thân thiện và chu đáo, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần. Tôi thực sự hài lòng với lựa chọn này và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khi có dịp. Đây là nơi lý tưởng cho những ai đang tìm kiếm một không gian nghỉ ngơi thoải mái và ấm cúng.

I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

True to whats in the picture. The 2 huge TV was a hit. I love the place. close to restaurants and short walk to the metro Train. it's my 2nd time and will definitely come back. Thanks Minh for being a great host

The room was very clean, convenient and located near loads of restaurants. It’s walking distance to District 1 + Grab is cheap to use as a tourist if you want to go further away. I was lucky to be on the top floor as the bathroom basin is not private so if you’re on another floor you might bump into people. However, I never did even though other people stayed there. Note that there’s no elevator and you might have to carry your large suitcase through a narrow staircase but that wasn’t a problem as Anh was very helpful. More than the AirBnb (even though I really enjoyed my stay), I want to thank Anh for her hospitality! I feel like I made a friend across the world. She was extremely welcoming, gave me loads of recommendations and even took me around the city to ensure I didn’t just enjoy my stay but my trip overall. So so happy I picked this place and I would pick it again if I came back!

This was for my parents' stay in HCMC. Hai was very accommodating and very respectful. Even my parents liked her. Hai was easy to approach about my questions and made it easy for my parents to move around during tours and even gave suggestions on where to buy groceries and souvenirs. I can't thank you enough Hai. 5/5 stars! Cam on!

Nice decorated room, spacious room also. It's located in the city center so easy for moving around. It's in the small alley, so a bit of effort required if you have big luggage.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Tien Zoe was such a sweet host and her place was perfect for us. Super stylish, cute tucked away location and perfect for our stay, as we needed to fly out early to the airport the following day. We wished we could have stayed longer! Tien Zoe gave us the best local food places and was just a lovely host. Thank you for having us!

My family and I stayed for 2 nights before we fly to Da Nang. We love the place, especially the surrounding area. Def a 5-star!

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

I stayed here for about a month. The accommodation was clean and had no unpleasant odors, which was really nice. The apartment's location and view were excellent, and having convenience stores and restaurants nearby made everything very convenient. The host was kind and provided immediate assistance whenever there were issues. If I come to Ho Chi Minh again, I will definitely stay here

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon

Выбрали апартаменты из-за расположения в центре города, жильё превзошло наши ожидания - чисто, комфортно, есть всё необходимое, отзывчивый хозяин. Бонусом идёт превосходный вид из окон, балкончиков и даже спальни. Определённо лучшее соотношение цена/качество, вернусь сюда снова.

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

Mai’s place is just like 1 of those hidden gem that you hardly see these days anymore. Amazing place to stay and I am very sure that she put in 1000% effort in decorating and designing the place.
