Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Wir sind ursprünglich als Gutsbrennerei Teil eines Rittergutes mit Gutshaus, Ställen und Gutspark. Unser Haus liegt im nordöstl. Speckgürtel von Berlin. Umgeben von mehreren sehr grossen Seen ( 1 bis 3 km lang) in der Nähe, teilweise zu Fuss aber immer mit Fahrrad oder Pkw erreichbar. Der Gutspark beginnt vor unserer Tür und erstreckt sich über mehrere Hektar mit romantischen Aleen und grossen Grünflächen, ideal für ein Picknick. Ihr bewegt euch auf den Spuren von Theodor Fontane.

Der Komfort eines Hotel oder einer Ferienanlage kombiniert mit der natürlichen Umgebung und der Freiheit eines Campingplatzes. Unsere Blockhütten sind für 2 bis maximal 4 Personen gedacht. (bei 4 Personen wird es aber etwas eng, evtl. 2 Hütten auswählen) Es gibt ein Wohnbereich, Schlafzimmer, Bad und eine Terrasse. Glamping ist das neue Campen und mit unseren Holzblockhütten kommen wir zu einem Naturerlebnis der besonderen Art.

Unsere gemütliche Wohnung empfängt Euch großzügig und elegant auf 2 Etagen. Ihr genießt Euren Urlaub in einem ruhigen Zuhause nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand des Müggelsees entfernt - und trotzdem mitten im Leben der schönen Bölschestraße. Falls ihr nicht selbst kochen wollt, könnt ihr gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis im Hotel gegenüber frühstücken. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!
