It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

Our space functions part of the time as an artist residency location for musicians, writers, and visual artists who are guests of Commerce Gallery. We've recently renovated and curated this home with the specific purpose to inspire and foster creativity in a uniquely comfortable setting. Guests will have access to our communal bathhouse with showers and toilets that has an abundance of hot water. (Please note that the bathhouse is a 1-2 min walk from the unit.)

Guests have access to the house and fenced area. For safety and allergy reasons, guests are responsible for filling the hot tub and purchasing their own chemicals. A propane tank is available for the grill; refilling is the guest’s responsibility. Enjoy nature and quiet surroundings.
