The house was comfortable, cozy, well-equipped, spacious, and sparkling clean, it made us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable too! The location is wonderfully peaceful, nestled so close to the Remarkables mountain range. We enjoyed the incredible mountain views every day, rain or shine. Although it was only early April, we were lucky enough to see snow-capped peaks for several days during our stay. The view was breathtaking—almost surreal—with the mountains so close, it felt like we could reach out and touch them! We also highly recommend the 30-minute scenic drive up to the Remarkables Ski Area. It’s a great base for exploring Queenstown and the surrounding areas, while avoiding the hustle and bustle of town. Our 11-year-old son loved the two fantastic playgrounds nearby, and there’s a beautiful walking/cycling trail too—perfect for the whole family. Definitely relaxing and convenient! This home was our last stop on our New Zealand holiday and had everything that we needed to enjoy seeing in the New Year. There is a generous kitchen and lovely living area, super comfortable beds and everything was beautifully clean. Evan was a fantastic host, welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect as it is in walking distance to lake with it's stunning mountain backdrop. Would highly recommend !

The house is very attractive and easy walking distance from the waterfront and shopping. The downside is that it is on a very busy road with lots of traffic noise, but it was made worse by a road closure so that may not be everyone's experience. Sharon was very helpful and responsive. her area recommendations were thorough and we used a few of them while we were here.

Fabulous location and stay! We spent 4 very happy days here. The heat pump kept us warm and it was great to have a washing machine. Excellent shower pressure 👍 Everything was clean and well presented. The view of the lake was amazing and the location peaceful.

Martin’s place offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. It’s about a 15-minute walk into town, which was a bonus given the current traffic and parking challenges in Queenstown. We especially appreciated the electric Weber BBQ - it worked brilliantly. Thanks for hosting us, Martin!

Great place to stay for a family. Within walking distance to the town centre in a beautiful and quiet area. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Jacqui's place for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our time there. We were able to get a check-in 2 hours earlier than scheduled and it was really helpful for our itinerary. Definitely a lot of careful work has been done to make the house look like home and the end result is a very beautiful place along with crazy good views of the surroundings. Walking distance to the center of the town is a bonus. Would highly recommend the place!

We love Tony place. It is very cozy and clean. Beautiful lakeside and mountain view from the balcony. The kitchen has everything we need to prepare meals. Coffee, tea and milk are readily available. And not forgetting the yummy homemade cookies made by Grant. Can't ask for more. We had restful nights thanks to the comfortable beds. Was glad to be able to stayed at Tony's place during our stopover at Queenstown.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless and very well maintained. The breathtaking views made it even more special, and the location was perfect , easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Tim was an excellent host, communicating promptly and making everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!

We stayed at Mi Ae’s for two nights. It has a spectacular view of Lake Whakatipu and we get to see the boats cruising around and flights take off and down. It is a very relaxing spot and I would return to stay here for a better relaxing time.
