The Boathouse

The Boathouse is a bright, yet cosy little retreat to spend some time relaxing! Here at the boathouse you will be spoilt with the stunning views looking onto the Loch where you will frequently see the delightful wildlife. Situated in the heart of Daliburgh, you will find all essential amenities nearby. The local shop and pub/restaurant are all within a couple of minutes walking distance. Not to mention the famous old Tom Morris golf course is 2 miles from the property, where you will find a lovely little clubhouse to enjoy some food or beverages. Our boathouse is perfect for couples, tastefully decorated with a nautical theme throughout. You will find everything you need at our property and should you require any special requests, birthday celebrations, engagement, etc then we will be more than happy to help.

Taigh Morangie

Taigh Morangie translates to “Peaceful House” from Gaelic and the name suits the house perfectly. Stunning views from all windows, over the lochs at the front and back of the house, as well as over the three hills of South Uist. White sandy beaches two minutes drive from the house. Outside storage for bikes. Dogs welcome. 20 minute drive from Lochboisdale ferry terminal, 45 minutes from Lochmaddy. 30 minutes to Benbecula & airport. 3 night minimum stay in summer. Croftend Glamping - Heatherbell

Welcome to Heatherbell. The pod is a perfect getaway for 2, with everything you could need and is just 5 minutes drive from Lochboisdale ferry terminal. Heatherbell is a fantastic base for exploring our stunning landscapes and wildlife. Enjoy the splendid sunsets from the decking. In late summer it is surrounded by lovely purple heather which grows freely and abundantly spreading its glorious purple hues across our hills and glens. This is one of two glamping pods at Croftend Glamping.

Flat 2 Uist travel Accommodation (sleeps 6)

Uist Travel Accommodation is centrally located in the township of Daliburgh On The Island of South Uist. It is approximately 3 miles from Lochboisdale where the ferry terminal to the Mainland is situated. We have rooms that will suit all types of traveller. We have off road parking and 3-4 minutes walk to the local shop. We have several self catering apartments sleeping between 2-6 or rooms on a more basic level have rooms with en-suite but with access to kitchen and dining facilities

Taigh Flòraidh “Flora’s house”

This unique place has a style all its own. Newly renovated to a very high standard, this chalet offers high end accommodation in one of the most picturesque villages, North Glendale on South Uist. It is fifty metres away from the sea to the front of the chalet, 50 metres away from a fresh water fishing loch where you can catch brown trout for your dinner. The wild life is abundant, golden eagles, sea eagles, hen harriers and many more wild birds can be see from your doorstep.

Caravan On The Croft

2 bedroom caravan with gas central heating. Master bedroom has a Double size bed an en suite and plenty storage. Second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and storage. Main bathroom has a fully closed walk in shower. The Kitchen/living area is open plan with a large fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle & toaster. The living area has a 32" smart tv with freeview, electric fire and 2 recliner sofas. The living room opens out on to a patio area via double patio doors.

Locheynort Creag Mhòr

Brand new for 2020, this chalet is a luxury hideaway in the heart of South Uist. The chalet is set in a stunning location, nestled snugly amongst the hills of Locheynort on the shoreline of a breath-takingly beautiful bay. The chalet is ideal for a peaceful, relaxing holiday and is also an excellent spot from which to explore the neighbouring islands, either by car across causeways or by taking ferry journeys to Barra in the south or Harris/Lewis in the north.

The Toolshed

This little gem is in the centre of Daliburgh. Next to the only Co-op on the island and just along the road from the pub, The Toolshed is warm and inviting, beautifully lit with large velux windows and the perfect place to recharge your batteries whilst exploring South Uist and beyond. The property has been developed to a high standard and much thought has gone into making sure it has everything you could need for a perfect getaway.

Machair View

Machair View was renovated 6 years ago and is situated on a working croft. The house overlooks South Uist's world renowned Machair with an abundance of varied Flora and Fauna on the doorstep, notably the rare corncrake and wild Machair flowers. It is only a short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches which run the length of South Uist's west coast.
