It was a quiet and cozy little condo. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Seawind Condominium is very quite and good for relaxing place. Me and my friend have an amazing stay into ma'am Flor's unit. The place looks exactly like on the pictures and everything described is absolutely accurate. We have everything we may need for short long stay, including washing machine (which is not very common to see and a very nice touch). There amazing swimming pool, also ferry for Samal island is around 10 mins walk. Can recommend the place and the host with both hands up. Excellent value for the money. I will definitely book again if available on my next visits in Davao.

The place is new, nice and affordable. Fully furnished. It has everything you need in a condo unit(with pool and playground). The host is very responsive, kind and accommodating. She makes sure that all our concerns are addressed. Highly Recommendable!

The place is great, my sister's family enjoyed their stay. Emy's place is located at the 2nd floor which is very convenient for my sister and their kids. The hosts are very responsive especially Ma'am Emy, she gave clear instructions, they also help with the reservation of the parking space on behalf of my sister. Thank you so much and next time we will stay there again 😀

Coming from other province, the place is so convenient and comfortable. Malinis, maaliwalas, safe at maganda ang unit. napaka responsive ni Maam Rea. Worth din ang rate lalo na pag family.

We booked and stayed at Aiza's place, twice, last year (2024). Why? Because the place is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has the amenities we need. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near eating and shopping areas. Best of all - Aiza is a very responsive host, addressing and resolving any concerns and questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

Host is very responsive and replies to questions/inquiries within a couple of minutes. The unit is very cozy for a minimalist style. Walking distance to cafes, and restaurants, there’s also a convenience store a block from the building. The host is also very proactive to my needs as well. 5 out of 5 would recommend this place.

Theresa was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily! Theresa’s place was brilliant, great value for money and great location, Flat was clean and welcoming, beds were comfy. The property is absolutely clean and stylish. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to various attractions. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. We would definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful town of davao city.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Davao City. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a huge plus. The location was also very convenient, close to SM Ecoland, restaurants, MTS... The host was responsive and helpful. The pillows & towels were exceptional! Having pool access was fantastic. Room for improvement: the internet connection was slow. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great value for the price po yung condo, and communication with the host is always quick and easy. She was able to accommodate our late check-in which I really appreciate.
