Hello, Me and my family, came to visit Florida for a family gathering. I was pleased with the house I rented from Franka. The house was family friendly spacious and very clean. The host was very polite, responsive to any concerns I had. I really enjoyed the game room it has over 60 games of pure fun. Close to the store for all your shopping needs. Also the house came with more than enough space so everyone had there own space. I am in a wheelchair and I was able to move around the house and wasn't restricted on where I could go. The pool lift was a plus . I will definitely going back to stay there if you're looking for a wheelchair accessible home I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks again

lots of things to do, love that we had the hot tub & im glad that I planned to heat the pool for our march trip. having a bathroom in every room was helpful too when you have 5 kids ! we hope to return soon.

We just left after staying for 12 days and it definitely felt right at home. Monique was always very responsive and even came to bring a pack and play and high chair for my grandson. Any concern I had, it was answered and taken care of. I would recommend this place.

We stayed at the Pelican House for three whole months. This home worked well for our extended stay because of its proximity to restaurants, groceries and Disney World! The neighborhood was quiet pretty much every night and having the open green space in the back was really nice, especially when the Sandhill Cranes came by in the mornings. They were awesome to watch. Donna was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the stay. She would reply within 10 minutes usually. The biggest benefit for us was proximity to Disney World. We could leave the house and be at the parks within 15-20 minutes most days. Traffic coming back from Disney was typically a challenge, though I feel the whole area in Kissimmee would be the same. All in all, we would absolutely stay at the Pelican house again for any future long-term stay in that area. It worked great for our needs this trip! Thanks Donna!!

Overall good experience with family and kids. Nice back view for pleasant morning. Host was responsive and place was clean. My only suggestion would be to have some stocks in kitchen like paper kitchen rolls etc. I would strongly recommend this place.

The location was great! I had 2 teens and a 4 year old and it was great for everyone ! The Walmart being 5 mins away was extremely helpful!!

THIS HOME IS PERFECTION!!! It’s tastefully decorated with PLENTY of room and things to do for everyone (we had 2 adults, 3 teens, and our pups!) Well appointed kitchen, game room, with tvs everywhere (the soundbar is amazing!)! The water pressure in the showers is amazing and everything is spotlessly clean (I am ridiculously OCD about cleanliness!!) The home itself is a breeze to check in and out, and it’s located in a beautiful, well manicured, private and safe residential neighborhood. In my opinion, the home is even better than the listing pics!! But honestly, what made this stay one of the best was the kindness of the hosts. Carlos and Natacha were there to make sure my family was treated…like family, lol!! From inquiring about booking, allowing visitors, and facilitating a last minute late checkout….these hosts exceeded levels of kindness and understanding in their attitude, communication, and attention to detail. This was a top notch experience for our family, & hope to return!

We were very pleased with our stay it was comfortable and convenient to all the places we went to visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and heated to our preferred temperature. Our host could not have been any better. He always responded to our questions and concerns within a short period of time. The one downside of the location was the traffic noise. Very noisy. Other than that it was a wonderful trip.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool in the backyard was great. House is beautiful. Kitchen is big. Restricted amount of garbage - 2 bags was difficult as we were a big group. Flexible check in would be nice. Other abnb does it, especially if just 1-2 hours ahead. Overall, we had a great stay and will recommend to family and friends.

Comfortable beds, lots of fun for a large group. My family cooked a meal here. And the kids enjoyed the pool and air hockey! Would rent again!

La limpieza excelente desde la entrada hasta el patio, los baños, la cocina y la piscina realmente limpios, las toallas y las sábanas impecables yo no tuve que usar las mías. La casa cuenta con máquina de lavado y secado para nuestra comodidad, mis hijos quedaron encantados con la decoración de Mickey y Minnie. Los parques de Disney a 15 minutos de distancia y sin duda recomiendo este lugar antes de un hotel de Disney. Victors place was really great! Our beds were super comfortable and we would stay here again because the area is quiet and safe! We really liked the stay because of the proximity to Epic universe and the universal parks! The parking is first come first serve, so if you plan on getting to the place late(like we did) you’ll probably have a parking space further out vs right in front. The area itself doesn’t have many food places around besides Zaxbys and Checkers HOWEVER, it is within a very close driving distance to many places ~15 minutes or less.

My family enjoyed our week stay! Best sleep we’ve had in months. Clean space. Large eating area for entire family. Loved it . Booking agai this summer for sure

Our stay at Mario’s property was hands down amazing. My fiancé and I went with our fur baby and we were so excited that it was a safe and extremely beautiful community with the lake right in the backyard! The house itself was very clean and very easy to check in. Mario was very responsive as we needed last minute accommodation for an additional guest and he had no issue helping us. Parking is right in front of the door with very easy access. Mario and his family additionally leaves a very welcoming binder with any questions people have that helped a lot !

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making everything super easy. The location was perfect. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay was wonderful we had a great time, the home was very inviting, comfortable and clean, the host was also great. This place did not disappoint the view in the back was also beautiful. We would definitely book with Robert again in the future. His home was very relaxing, accomdated all our needs and we all were happy with our experience.

We enjoyed our family holiday here. Plenty of space to host multigenerational family. The heated pool was a welcome amenity after spending time at the area theme parks.

My family go to Orlando at least once a year. This was the first time we brought our doggy “Ralphie” and he enjoyed his 13th Birthday! This house is beautifully decorated and was very spacious! I loved reading the words of affirmation on the walls! The beds were nice to sleep in after a long drive from NY! The showers felt like we were in a nice hotel. The gym, tennis courts and pool is walkable down the street. The view from the backyard was a beautiful lake! The location was within 20-30 minutes of everything we wanted to visit including Disney! Walmart and endless restaurants are within a 5 minutes drive (not including traffic). Most restaurants let us bring our doggy to dine with us! The host was very nice and responsive to our needs including Ralphie. This is definitely one of my top Air BnB we have stayed at! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful cozy home.
