Beautiful little apartment great value for money my second stay

We enjoyed our 1 night stay. Everything was as expected including milk, tea and coffee, amenities, rooms etc. We were able to flexibly check in when we wanted which was very helpful. The place was very clean and exactly as described with a helpful book on how to work everything. Great stay overall prior to the MK Marathon

Great flat and the feeling inside was great. Very functional space and with everything I needed to have a good time with my family. I recommend it!

Great host great stay

Perfect location - right in the centre of Stratford within walking distance to all the pubs and restaurants, river and attractions. The flat itself was perfect for a couple and our dog with everything that we needed. Parking instructions and check in instructions were all very clear. We had a great time. Thank you.

Great place for workers wanting to be close to the city. Free enclosed parking and secure area plus nice little flat with the amenities you need. Could do with some tea towels and more cooking items. Other than that a lovely place

A good location with only a few minutes walk for the train station and shopping centre. The flat is absolutely clean and tidy with a very good space. The host is also very helpful for everything.

We had a lovely time during our stay at Jenny’s house in Stow on the Wold. There is lots to do and the house is located within easy walking distances of lots of lovely shops, restaurants and pubs. The surrounding countryside is beautiful too! Would definitely recommend! Thank you ☺️

Had a lovely stay here with 6 of us plus a baby. Lots of room and very clean throughout. Overall a lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend. Anytime we travel up for the weekend for a Santa Pod event again, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you again to Wakene.

I had a great experience while staying in this house it was so clean and tidy I felt very comfortable The host was friendly and very helpful and cooperative It felt like home In addition the location was very safe So overall I highly recommend it The host contributed very well in making my vacation enjoyable

We travelled from Scotland for a family funeral. Asked if possible to get slightly earlier access and that was no problem at all. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The area was very quiet and near Rushden Lakes a great shopping and eating area. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this house.

I have stayed in various B&Bs in different countries including the UK and Spain, but have to say that this property was probably my favourite thus far. It is excellently located in Chipping Norton, which is a quaint village by itself and located near farm shops which I adore. There is a hidden bedroom behind a fake bookcase, I have added this to my Pinterest board for home inspiration :) Our party of 5 loved the amenities; 2 very clean bathrooms, a sizeable kitchen and lovely garden. Lots of animal decorations adorn the house which superbly fits with the Cotswolds. James and Samantha also provided us with a fresh loaf of bread, strawberry jam, coffee, tea, and milk for our breakfasts! Lastly, we had a lovely evening playing the Cotswolds version of Monopoly and the Jumanji board games! Long story short: We would highly recommend staying here

I had a truly wonderful stay at The Old Doctor's Retreat — this was everything I hope for in an Airbnb. The space itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly peaceful, with stunning views over the Oxfordshire countryside. Everything from the comfy king bed and luxury bathroom to the little details like the complementary paint colors, the rain shower, and laundry access made it feel like a cozy sanctuary. But what made this stay really special was Claire. She was not only a welcoming and responsive host, but also went above and beyond — warm, thoughtful, and generous with her time and conversation. It felt like staying with a friend who genuinely cared. This is exactly the kind of experience that makes Airbnb stand out — a beautiful space, in a beautiful village, with a truly kind and thoughtful host. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The apartment was excellent. Spotless and very well decorated. Easy check in and out and overall an amazing stay. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk to the city centre which is very useful. The host made the effort to go out of his way to check up on us which was very pleasing. Would defiently recommend this apartment for anyone as this is the best air bnb experience I have ever had.

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. A brilliant night stay as a group visiting Leicester for a wedding. Everyone was extremely impressed with the decor and quality of the place overall. Mihir clearly takes great pride in The Studio and we would book again when visiting the area next!

Great place to stay. Looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Vanessa was lovely and met me and my dogs upon arrival. The little additions of food that she left for us were great, and the garden was just perfect for my dogs. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Walkable distance to city centre. Convenience shops available with plenty of food choices. Good landlord!
