What a great stay we had!! On holiday for best frienda wedding and this location was perfect as on the sa.w road they lived on. Ideal location for us. Accommodation was as described on advert. Goodies left in accommodation for our stay. Steph was very responsive and there to help with anything!! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return should we come back for another holiday! 😊

Great place. Very neat, clean and Jess was such a great host and very easy to communicate with. I would hundred recommend to everyone who come to Melb for a trip.

Great little unit with everything you need. Very secure with room to park a car in a private car park. The complex was quiet and well maintained. Good location. Far enough away from the Main Street to not get street noise but close enough to walk to great restaurants and pubs easily. The internet is a bit patchy but this isn’t the hosts problem, it is just the general area. We had no problems so didn’t need to contact the hosts, but they were great with info on check in/out. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Super cool warehouse style accommodation. Place is located in Historic Cotton Mills of Footscray. Great appliances.. really spacious and groovy.

It was a flying visit to Ballarat to attend a funeral, so we didn’t really get to spend too much time enjoying the apartment. The apartment was warm, clean and very central, it’s a shame it was only for one night but we very much enjoyed our stay.

Loved staying here! I accidentally booked my original accommodation for the wrong month but I’m thankful I was able to book this spot last minute. The team had a quick response time + super helpful. The apartment is beautiful and conveniently in waking distance to trams and shops.

Really good place, nice and tidy. Everything described as is. Easy to get to wherever you need as the train and tram stops are quite close. Good and quick communication in regard to giving any updates or if we had any questions. Had no issues.

What a lovely location! Directly in front of the beach and great cafe's and restaurants so close by. The home was immaculate and suited our needs very well. While the bed felt quite firm we both slept very well. The kitchen had everything we could ask for and more. Whilst the bathroom was great I did feel that getting in and out of the shower as an older person required care do to stepping up and getting out was a potential slipping risk, but being aware of this just took a little more caution. Thankyou for a lovely weekend and for sharing you home with us.

We had a wonderful time , Roberta was so friendly and attentive. The decor was really lovely. The bed was comfortable and the sheets really luxurious. Everything was perfect, the location is fabulous such a short walk to town. We loved staying here and will be back again. The porch was a superhighway for the birds so delightful. Lots of attention to details to make your stay just fabulous. Loved the two bathrooms, ducted heating was cozy and warm. All our needs were covered thanks again Roberta.

Great location, beautiful views looking over the river and quiet. The accommodation was excellent. The pictures doesn't do justice to how much space you have in bedroom and seperate lounge area and bathroom. All this is in the downstairs area with our own access. Extremely clean. Great to have our car secured also. Carmel is a lovely host, and when visiting Melbourne again, this place will be our first option.

The house was nice and tidy, had everything we needed and in a great location.

Brian’s lovely apartment was the perfect place to stay while waiting for our flight the next day. It was close to the airport and also a large shopping centre - not that we needed it. Everything we needed was provided, making our short stay relaxing before the plane trip home. The apartment was roomy, clean and comfortable. Drying washing was easy with the clothes airer available and sun streaming through the large windows. A bonus - the best shower we’ve had during our drive from Adelaide to Melbourne.

Kathy & David were lovely hosts. The apartment was beautiful, had all amenities needed for a super comfortable and enjoyable stay. It felt like home. ☺️ Check in/out was simple and easy. Will definitely re-book if in the area again.

A wonderful 2 bed apartment, with wonderful grounds and everything you need in walking distance. Also beautiful views especially at night. I definitely recommend it.

A very stunning house. There are 4 bedrooms , 2 kitchens etc… just look like the pictures. Clean and fully equipped. View is gorgeous You need a car to access there, not much restaurants around, but 2 mins drive from Woolworths, 10mins to the beaches. Highly recommended

The place was great and the hosts were very helpful. Would recommend to everyone. Keep in mind that rooms are small so it might not be good fit for anyone who seek more space but besides this everything is great.

We had a fabulous stay at Sailors Falls Estate! Margaret and Robert were so helpful and the villa was very comfortable. We found the nearby Daylesford attractions easy to get to but also enjoyed relaxing at the villa with a lovely wine from the cellar door!

Had a wonderful stay, the place was everything as described, spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you need, and we especially liked that it was so close to Lake Daylesford. The balcony backed out onto the lake and was the prefect spot to relax and watch the sunset. Something to note for anyone with mobility issues, this suite (3) can only be accessed by a slightly steep flight of stairs which proved to be a little difficult for my elderly mum, would’ve have been great if this was included in the details beforehand. There also seemed a slight problem with toilet seat (wasn’t fitted properly) and some information contained in the ‘information file’ in the suite contradicted with the details (check-out times) that was provided. However overall, we had a fabulous stay, it is a gorgeous place and would definitely recommend!

Deniz as a host was helpful and responded quickly. When asked, Replaced the hot water kettle and floor standing fan along with some kitchen accessories almost immediately via her property manager !! Appreciated acceptance of a late checkout without additional charges as a friendly gesture. A stay at Deniz’s apartment would be highly recommended!! We truly enjoyed our stay for the 6 nights we were there. Thank you once again for everything Deniz !!

I really enjoyed my stay. I arrived by train and so the location was perfect (just a few minutes walk from the station). Easy walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Location location! This fully equipped and comfortable unit was so well located, the area is packed with beautiful restaurants, pubs & cafes. Everything was just a very short walk away, even the famous Daylesford lake. The unit was perfect for a couple and their pet, it has a fully fenced front yard and we felt our dog was safe when let outside. Chris was always helpful and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and we”ll be back.
