The Cartlodge ( a converted Suffolk Cartlodge)

The Cartlodge is a converted timber framed Suffolk Cartlodge situated within the quiet and picturesque countryside of rural Suffolk. Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

The cosy one bedroomed holiday home split over two floors is a perfect bolt-hole for one or two people. Located on the edge of a wildlife trust down a quiet rural lane, it is a 20 minute footpath walk to the village pub and a 10 minute drive to the riverside market town of Woodbridge, and access to the stunning Suffolk Heritage Coast.

The Stables

The Stables at Partridge Lodge is our boutique couples bolthole, known as our writers retreat, its tucked away with gorgeous views across farmers crops with lovely walks out onto footpaths. Its an open plan single level barn handsomely restored. Its beautiful modern kitchen and toastie warm when needed with a spacious shower room. It can also can come with an occassional bed or cot and high chair if being used by a young family, we have books and toys all available upon request.
