It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

This charming penthouse maisonette is situated on the 6th & 7th floors of a small apartment building in the prestigious Kolonaki district of central Athens. The house is located under the picturesque rocks of Meteora, in the beautiful village Kastraki. The area is called Marmaro or Marmaraki, which is where the house gets it's name. The house is close to public transportation, about 200 meters away from the central area of the village. Bakeries, groceries, tavern-restaurants and a drugstore are very close by (about 50-100 meters). The town of Kalambaka is within walking distance. The house is also close to the great monasteries of Meteora.
