This Airbnb is at a perfect location, only minutes away from Covenant College, where my children attend. I traveled with my elderly parents who have vision, mobility and short term memory impairments. There are LED lights in the ceilings and ample lighting throughout. The place was open which made it easy for my father to use his walker. There is a bathroom off the master bedroom so my father did not get confused in the middle of the night when he woke up to go to the bathroom; the bathroom was right there. There are two bathrooms so that I had privacy getting ready. There is also a large bedroom with a queen bed for me to use and a wonderful back porch. Jennie thought of everything, from hangers in the closet to a coffee and tea station with all the fixings. I truly could relax. I can't recommend this place enough.

The tiny house was comfortable and well maintained. Clean and well stocked.

Our stay was exactly what our family needed. We have three young children (all under 5), and this property was incredibly kid-friendly. The team at Freedom went above and beyond with 5-star service to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. When we come back to the lake, we won’t book with anyone else.

We had a wonderful weekend! The place was spotless! Once you are inside you are surrounded by trees and nature and it feels very secluded. The cabin had plenty of space and comfortable seating options. Very close to a boat ramp, Tims Ford Lake and the Elk River. The Curly Willow is a fun little antique store with reasonable prices and the farmers market in Winchester had great produce! One of our favorite vacations!

Loved our stay! Very easy to find, very peaceful and quiet! Lots to do around the property like catch fish and swim! Lots to do close by, we went to Rock City and the Tennessee Aquarium but there was also so much more to do! Can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay and could recommend it. We were attending a wedding nearby and the location was perfect. The amenities were amazing, and we enjoyed having so much space and privacy. We also felt very safe. It got loud some nights due to the heating working, but the weather outside was exceptionally cold some nights. Also, low cars might have trouble getting in and out of the parking but I think there were alternative places to park. James and Angela were lovely hosts and I really appreciated their attentive and considerate communication. I felt if there were any issues they would help to resolve it promptly. Thanks so much!

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Very private and beautiful view of the mountains and valley from the back porch. The hot tub worked great and was very relaxing as well. It was nice to disconnect from our busy lives and just enjoy nature without all the distractions of the internet. The cabin was in perfect condition, very clean, and had comfortable beds. Dudley the dog was an awesome part of the experience also. He loved having company and walking around the property with us and just hanging out on the back porch. Brad’s directions to find the cabin made it very easy to find. The drive up the mountain is quite an exciting experience if you’ve never driven in the mountains! Thank you for the relaxing weekend!!! We will definitely return in the future!!!

We had a wonderful getaway staying in this lovely cottage. It was cozy, peaceful and beautifully decorated with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with extra bedding provided and the cabin was very clean. We especially loved the fireplace, the hot tub, the screened in front porch, the fire pit where we had a fire each night and roasted marshmallows. Also the golf cart was a big hit with the kids and driving it down to the marina and feeding the ducks. Shanna is extremely responsive if you have any questions and they left a sweet welcome gift bag for us. We enjoyed hiking and exploring and found some beautiful spots and waterfalls close by. Thanks again, we enjoyed it all very much and went away with wonderful memories!

We needed a place quick for a family emergency. We ended up getting to the house at 4am (after a 9hr drive and 1 hr visiting in the hospital). We were exhausted and only had a few hours to sleep before we had to be back at the hospital. This place was ready to go with everything we needed. Snacks, coffee, comfortable beds. It was peaceful and clean. Our kids enjoyed playing some of the games, played outside in the backyard and watched TV. It was a much needed distraction from the things we were dealing with. I would love to stay here again under different circumstances. This place was right down the road from Rock City, Ruby Falls and lots of other cool places we would like to check out one day!
